I liked the location on the water and the free water bottles whevever you wanted. They booked me taxis all the time which was helpful. The restaurant downstairs is great . They put me by the elevator which is what I asked for.

The decor is out dated now for the price you pay . They need to paint and fix things . When I called for a Kettle, it took a long time for them to find one . They need to treat solo travellers better at the restaurant as I felt ignored at two breakfasts . Families and groups were better served that I was . The outside sitting area was a mess with garbage everywhere and cigarette butts all over the grounds. There is no back door to the shops on the port so you have to walk the whole way around to get there and with a walking disability that was hard.

Perfect location for walking around downtown. Lovely waterfront spot - with clear view from window. Nice window seat. Large room, comfortable bed. Nice linens. Easy parking access just under the hotel. Quiet. Laundry service - they delivered it in one day, though they said it would be next day. Bonus. Price for room size/location was very good.

Small things: Ice maker on our floor was not working. They did not fix it, though they said they would. Bathroom amenities were not high quality. Bathroom was a little tight.

This hotel is in a great location to walk Charlottetown. Lots of places to peruse close by. Our room overlooked the water :) The staff was super friendly.

We had dinner one night from the restaurant and it wasn't nearly enough food.

Breakfast was excellent - only exceeded by the excellence of the staff at breakfast.. In fact the staff in all areas were excellent and the front desk staff ( especially Champdeep) were wonderful. There is at the Delta an atmosphere of friendly welcoming, professionalism and helpfulness. Such has been our experience on regular annual visits going back twelve years ( 10 visits in all - missed two years due to Covid).

The person outside the hotel door sitting under a no smoking sign and smoking cigarettes all day long, day after day - so that entering and exiting the hotel was an unpleasant experience for 100’s of guests each day.

Breakfast was great! Room service was super! Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I didn’t like paying for parking underground while staying in the hotel. I didn’t like that the pool area was closed on Sunday morning for cleaning!

The staff and management were excellent. I had a happy and comfortable stay. Two things that didn't match expectations were a pool renovation that was not stated at time of booking (was really looking forward to that) and an airport shuttle that was not running or didn't exist. Not deal breakers, but the information wasn't congruent.

Great location near marina and the centre of town. Close to all the good restaurants. Very comfortable room, quiet and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful..

Nothing that I can remember.

Large space. Washroom has very good design which we can put a lot of stuff. Sofa put on the edge of window is such a creative design, sit or sleep there is so pleasant. Location is great, right in the Center of DT.

The AC can not adjust Temperature, low to 16 degree

It’s a well located property though a strong smell of chlorine at times even in the Lobby

A little highly priced for a hotel that is not that recent

It was a beautiful suite. The jacuzzi was just what I needed. The separation of the main bedroom, was an awesome touch

However, the previous guest(s), soaked the carpet and it made it uncomfortable and me walking on the carpet. The price, when i was booking, was to include a $200 bonus to the spa downstairs. It asked me to sign up for rewards, I did. Continued on to check out, and the gift card I thought I was getting, was not applied . Disappointing
