We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a warm welcome and a nice size appartment with a private entrance and easy parking. The B&B is in a quiet part of town. It's a very short walk to the water. Elaine was super friendly and prepared a wonderful breakfast with bacon, eggs and fresh fruits. We had a two bedroom appartment that was very spacious and absolutely clean. Downtown Charlottetown is about 7min away by car. There is a bus connection and also a big Sobeys Superstore in 2km walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay in PEI! Elaine is an absolutely amazing host—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was great, and the location is very convenient for exploring the area. One thing to note: if you're booking one room for 4 adults, be aware that there is no door separating the sleeping areas. However, we reached out to Elaine last minute to request separate rooms, and she was incredibly accommodating and made it happen for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend.

We stayed in the King Suite, which had a partition that made it feel like two separate rooms. The suite was spacious and even had a little kitchen, so it was easy to cook simple meals. There's also a barbecue that guests can use, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect — just a 15-minute drive to Charlottetown, and there’s a beach nearby that’s super shallow, great for kids to swim safely. What I loved the most was the comfy king bed in the main room — it was super cozy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

I really liked the location as it was just past Charlottetown and a bit closer to the wood island ferry. I liked the space and the amenities we had in the family suite, which came with a small kitchenette, full fridge/freezer. Loved that we were able to cast our shows to the in-room tv. Appreciated that there was a laundry room. The bathroom came with basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and body wash. I loved that the sofa bed was already made when we arrived. The host, Elaine, was very responsive and super nice. She made a healthy breakfast consisting of 1 egg, 1 bacon, banana, hash brown, corn, watermelon and cherry tomatoes from her garden. Toast and coffee are self serve. She was happy to provide some suggestions of things to do around the area. Breakfast is offered at 8:30 and 9:30 so to not wake up other guests in the space, however we were very happy to receive all the supplies needed to cook our own breakfast on our time in our own suite. The space is very cozy for 2 adults and 2 grown teens if you wanted to eat in the room however we were welcomed to use the dining room but chose not to. If I came back I would definitely stay here again.

lovely location. Elaine is welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast both days was tasty and freshly made. She was willing to add a sofa bed to our reservation when we arrived. very helpful for local dining and things to see. There were a couple of minor things in the bathroom - toilet ran after flushing & no extra toilet paper. Both minor issues and as soon as Elaine heard about them, they were resolved. so was great.

This is one of the cleanest places that I have ever been to. Our lower floor single was close to the car. Elaine is a super host; friendly and accommodating. We missed the breakfast that is provided, so Elaine brought us some fresh grapefruits. It was so thoughtful. The site is close to Charlottetown, but far enough to be very quiet.

There are no negatives that I can think of.

Location is excellent--close to downtown Charlotte, and a small beach is within walking distance. Elaine is super nice and her husband, Brian, even made us delicious dumplings one morning. Our apartment was so spacious. We may never go back to PEI, but if we did we'd consider returning to Lee's Ocean Peek B & B.

Some facilities could use an upgrade but we got the impression that this is already in progress.

The property, like the welcome was toasty; Elaine, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and ward.

The only downside was that, although there was a full kitchen, there were no pots or pans to cook with. For me this was inconvenient as I was travelling on a motorbike and it was very cold meaning that venturing out at night to eat was not possible.

Very good accommodation experience, the landlord is warm and friendly, walking into the room feels like home, the landlord also introduced us to local food, the breakfast she made herself was also very delicious, I think I will choose them again next time if I have the chance
