I booked this room because of the location and because of the photos of the suite. I got exactly what I wanted at the right price. The employee at the front desk was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was very efficient. The room was amazing. Very clean, wide-open space with everything I needed (the photos are misleading, the couch is in fact much larger than expected, which is a bonus). The washroom was modern and well made. I actually wish I had a few more nights to spend there

The rate for 24hrs of parking underground is a little steep, but not all that bad considering the price of the room.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Our king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. They also gave me a car luck club for my car in the parking which I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. The staff were very helpful, kind and polite. Specially Luis and Barbara helped me with my questions about the city with helpful suggestions. Thank you all! :)

Only thing I can think of needing an improvement is the bathroom door which was like an old fashioned sliding door. It had come off the slides and I couldn't get it back to its position and there was a chance of it falling on us. I had to struggle with it to just make it move but still not properly. I ask the staff to look into it. Otherwise everything else was great.

The room was enormous - great value for money. And it was also ready early, which we appreciated - with a 12pm check out it felt like we got a good amount of time. The bathroom and kitchenette were spacious and while we didn't need the laundry facilities it was great to have that in-room. The bed was comfortable (and huge) and the AC worked well, and the view over the city was quite nice.

The decor is a bit dated, but not a problem. We had a balcony but it didn't have any netting, when we arrived the staff were trying to remove a bird's nest and there were lots of pigeons on the balcony so we didn't use it.

Hotel is located in an excellent park of downtown. Close to the stores, shops, bus stops and very convenient from YUL airport. Hotel was nice, very clean, friendly staff, housekeeping was excellent. Felt the restaurant could have had better food, especially for the price. But it was okay in a pinch. There are plenty of other restaurants outside the hotel. Very nearby that are much better. Did not try the breakfast so I can't write that.

The location is very good. The room had a nice size. There is a simple coffee machine that was a plus to get an early coffee before breakfast. Also an underground parking is a plus.

Level of underground parking is very low and not all cars can fit inside. The ceiling covers with scratches that were left by other customers. The bathroom has a nice and fancy shower head but it's useless without a proper water pressure. It was just dripping couple drops so you can't call it as a taking a shower.

Location. Service. Staff excellent.

The breakfast could improve a little. Eggs were dry and hard. Fix the juice dispenser. Service at breakfast was good. Sat night the halls were noisy .. rude guests not the fault of the hotel.

Beautifully appointed hotel. Room was large, very well maintained and beds were comfortable. Room was very cool in the hot summer!

The shop for hotel guests was not owned and operated by the hotel. Hours of operation were not consistent and therefore unreliable. Staff was rude and selections were overpriced. Also, hotel beverage machines only offered Pepsi products and not Coke products. I would suggest offering both to guests.

The location was perfect for us as we like to walk and it's not in the heart of downtown. Quiet and not crowded area. Not far from downtown.

Signage in the hotel. Said it had a pool but couldn't find even after following the signs. Someone was looking for the pool at the same time and they couldn't find it either. Room smelled of smoke.

Great for our weekend stay in Montreal. The King Corner Suite was spacious and comfortable. The room was updated compared to the online pictures. Not the fanciest hotel in the area but certainly the best value while still maintaining a modern upscale feel. The staff was great. The parking garage was a plus. Walking distance to the Bell Center and great restraunts downtown. I would recommend and will definitely return.

It was at a decent location but the hotel was very nice. You can see that it was renovated relatively recently. Staff were also very nice at the check in/check out, so no complaints really. Definitely would stay here agian

Honestly, nothing in particular comes to mind, except of the weird barn-door choice for the washroom. They could certainly improve on that. Otherwise, it's solid!
