Second time stay, last time was in Feb. 2019. In safe and quiet Providecia area, this hotel is very reasonable low price for a suite room. Mini bar has enough space to keep own water PET bottles and beers. Breakfast buffet is almost same during my stay (5 days), but enough variety. The Express Lider supermarket is 10 min. walking distance. Two METRO stations (L1) are nearby. Front is friendly, and the bar at lobby is good.

In this 5 years, some water related part, shower and basin became old. At the desk, no AC power outlet !! So, I cannot use the desk light instead of my notebook PC’s power supply.

Breakfast is very good, lots of options. The location is excellent. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The coffee serving station needs to be improved, The quality is good, but the arrangement of the coffee serving stations is not the best. The dining room is divided in two and placing in one of them a thermos and in another there is a machine to dispense beverages, it is common to generate queues to serve coffee and in my opinion it could be solved by installing a third fear in the middle of the two rooms. I hope my comments will help improve the guest service experience.

The breakfast is one the best I've ever tried. A log of options to choose from and everything was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the room with a lot of space.

The soap gel, shampoo and conditioner were the worst. Soap gel is uncomfortable and that was not a good quality, same for shampoo and conditioner. For sure not at the level the hotel deserves. The parking space was a little too tight. Cars are bigger every day so the spaces should accommodate accordingly

Excellent location in Santiago, the room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, WiFi worked really well, two beds were provided in our suite as per our request. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

Check-in took a long time and there clearly was not enough staff working during the afternoon. The bar food was quite overpriced and average quality. The bathroom smelt a bit of sewage, but this improved with time. Only one small 500mls water bottle was provided per room, rather than per person.

We loved the modern style bathroom, it was perfect. The bed was amazing and we loved our view of the city and mountains from the 9th floor of this building. The location was great for visit both the historic part of town and the modern area around los leones. We also loved going for late night drinks and food in the local bar in italian neighbourhood.

We cannot think of what could improve our stay.

Good choice for breakfast. Room looks nice and nice view of the mountains. Room was comfortable. Food from room service was nice and food presentation was very good. I got early check-in because there was a room available which was nice after a 14-hour flight!

Some of staff were not as approachable as others. I woke up around 4am because of other customers being extremely loud from their room up until 7/8am.

Excellent service and nice location

Last night there was a power outage, and that night I started to have a really bad cough, could not sleep at all. I think it had something to do with the air conditioning that might have expelled something after they jump started it, because next morning a lot of other guests had the same cough as me.

The location was very nice. It was near of the main points to visit in Santiago. We also have various offers of restaurants and pubs.

We stayed in room 301, which had two rooms. Both were very poorly decorated and equipped. There was only a small trash can in the room next to the bathroom. There was no adequate space to put our luggage, which was an inconvenience.

Lovely staff 👌 shout out to Rene very charming friendly and full of charisma. And good command of English made my life easyRoom was also clean and spacious enough....very stylish and modern style

The 19% Tax on my debit card is just a serious turn off. No water kettle and no free water for guests looks like it's a south American thing

Very comfortable bed. Temperature control is made by you, and it adjusts easily. Amazing breakfast was included. They'll even cook your eggs or omelet to your preference!

Could have used a throw rug in living room as in our friends room. They could put instant coffee in the room with the tea and the water pot they have already.
