I loved how accommodating the staff were and how clean the entire facility was. The location was also super convenient—just a 1-minute walk to essentials like a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, and food court.

I wish there had been more variety in the breakfast options, as the menu was the same every day. Also, the lack of a pool was a bit disappointing—especially since Medellín doesn’t have any nearby beaches.

The staff at this hotel were very kind, and although the hotel is undergoing renovations, my room was spotless and exceptionally clean. Its location is convenient to the main area yet far from the busy streets, making it perfect for those who enjoy a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the waiter was incredibly sweet. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well, and both the chef and staff were wonderful.

Spacious and clean rooms with terrace. Quiet and away from the road noise which was perfect. Nice Gym with views and roof level restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and again so pleasant due to views and quality of the food. The area is safe and there are many shops in every direction from the hotel. There's a new international supermarket next to the hotel where you can find pretty much anything you miss from home. Staying at this hotel is the closest to feeling at home while still being in a hotel in a big city. Oh and the construction noise other reviewers mentioned might be over. They were renovating the room opposite mine in the hallway and I never heard a thing. The staff really do put a lot of effort into everything being perfect and it shows.

Shower could have had a little more pressure in my room.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was fast and filling, and the room view was nice.

I would recommend latches on the doors. It gives a sense of security, especially while sleeping.

Nice rooms

Not all gym equipment works and missing some basic things for proper training. It’s located in mountain area so you will need to walk up and down to get to center.

Good location and nice views of city. Upmarket area which felt very safe and relaxed with plenty of shops, cafes and ATMs nearby. Huge room with jacuzzi, balcony, breakfast included.

Shower ran cold frequently. Reception staff didn’t speak languages other than Spanish. Furniture was dated. Hotel stairs were damaged and stained.

Awesome breakfast! The room was very comfortable and the staff was always attentive. The beds and the view from the room window were incredible.

Water pressure in the shower could be improved and attention to the towels needed per person (we kept asking for an extra towel each time they were exchanged). Otherwise, our stay was great!

Workers and everyone I came across was polite and humble. They are short staff, and the as told due to the Pandemic. I needed some wash cloths and was told they don’t supply wash cloths, no microwave in any of the two rooms we rented for left over, hot water needs to be run for awhile before you can go in. But after all this, is a place I would maybe come back. Thank You Victoria Casa Staff❤️
