The breakfest hall and breakfest itself was pretty.

Unfortunately, there were bedbugs at the hotel. We realized it once we came back home and it was very unpleasent :(

The location was excellent and the soundproofing was very good so even though you are in the middle of the exciting city, the rooms are very quiet. The Charles Bridge was literally five minutes away. And right outside is the tram stop that takes you up to Prague Castle. The included breakfast buffet had a larger selection of savory and lots of sweet items. Juices and coffee were available and free all day. The rooms have both a key card and also a code so if you lost your key you could still get into your room. Staff was multilingual and very helpful.

There did not seem to be any AC inside the rooms. The beds were a bit firmer than expected. Also the carpeting needs replacing. I saw the cleaning staff wet vacuum all carpeting but it still feels clammy.

The location was very good. We used the offered parking – it was paid, but there weren’t really other good parking options nearby. We arrived about an hour earlier than the official check-in time, but our room was already ready and we were kindly allowed to check in early. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was tasty. The room was nice, just quite hot – it was very warm outside and the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to cool the room properly. Otherwise, everything was great.

Hotel William is in a great location—just a minute’s walk from the tram stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The building itself has charming aesthetics; while it’s a bit old, it’s well maintained and adds to the character of the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. One of the standout features is their luggage storage service, which was really helpful both before check-in and after check-out while touring the city. Reception is available only until 10 PM, but they communicated this clearly and provided my room code via email in advance. Even with a late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and well organized.

This is an excellent hotel and is situated in a nice residential location, which is just minutes from the Charles Bridge. It was so easy to get to and from the airport by using public transport as the tram stops just outside, the directions are also given on their website. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, which was accessed by a lift. The room was very comfortable and spacious, it had a couple of windows facing a rear courtyard view and was quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice to choose from, ie cooked, continental and a nice selection of pastries and great coffee. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially the Pavel (Paul) on the reception desk who was very professional and knowledgeable, but also had a great sense of humour in dealing with a (Toilet Roll Query?). We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend to family and friend and I can’t wait to come back to Prague again.

Great location, room was great. A good selection of milk alternatives are provided and breakfast had a mix of hot and cold food. The staff on reception were always helpful. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel but if you want to walk to Charles bridge and other attractions, it is just a pleasant 20 minute walk.

Lighting in the room was difficult - just 3 lamps to light the whole room. Plug sockets/electrics could do with a little upgrade. There is just 1 spare plug socket that is situated near the door, one with a floor lamp that can be used but it meant there was even less light in the room and the socket was loose off the wall.

Lovely spacious room just five minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Shower was powerful and hot. Breakfast was a real treat with lots of different choices. I ate so much I didn't eat again until the early evening. Check in and out was easy and straight forward. Hotel has a lift to most floors which was a bonus after a long day of exploring the city. Within walking distance to all the major attractions and public transport.

If you're a light sleeper noise from the traffic might be an issue if you like to keep windows open - you will hear cars, the tram etc. Didn't bother us.

The hotel was very near the church we wanted to visit and it was value for money . The staff at reception were extremely helpful . Breakfast was fabulous with a jan excellent choice of food .The added bonus was that there were hot and cold drinks available throughout the day and on coming back to the hotel at various times we were abbe to enjoy a hot drink as it was very cold outside. The only negative point was the fact that the floor boards were creaking and each time someone came to the adjoining room we felt as if someone was entering our room . But all in all it’s a great hotel and we have been there before and would visit it again

The location is excellent. It's just a bit off the busy tourist route to the castle. Which makes it very close to all the big destinations which is a huge plus. The breakfast was good and adequate. Friendly hotel staff and the room cleaning service was great.

Though the coffee from the machine at the breakfast area was not so great. This was countered by having a good coffee machine at the room. The TV also seemed quite old (20+ years) which meant there was no streaming options as it wasn't a smart device.

We loved the location. It's perfect and a beautiful neighborhood. Transportation was easy and in front of the hotel. Prague you can do a lot of things walking, or connect the transportations, and Hotel William is very well located. Everything was so clean, and I liked the coffee/tea machine inside the room. Besides this, at the front desk (breakfast room), we have water, juice, coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine available all day, which is great! Bed is very comfy, bathroom great. Breakfast was great and with many options. Staff was cleaning and refilling all the time. We really loved the location, Malá is perfect, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Pavel, at the front desk, was wonderful and so friendly. He helped us with everything we needed, very polite and a great worker. Thank you, and definitely, we will stay here again! Prague is a charming and adorable city, we really loved!

We didn't like the pillows so much. The room was very small, but for the price and the location, we could stay there again.
