We were travelling with my dad who is disabled and a wheelchair user. We were travelling from England to Prague and this was the perfect hotel for us due to its facilities and proximity to the city centre. In the lead up to our holiday, the hotel staff were quick to respond to any questions we had about access or hotel facilities which was really helpful and reassuring. The hotel was a short uber ride from the centre. There is also a Pennys supermarket and a cafe called Koffino just a short walk from the hotel which was ideal for any coffee/ snacks. The rooms themselves were really spacious. The disabled twin room was large with grab rails placed around the wet room making it easy for us to use. The non disabled accessible rooms were also very comfortable, clean and spacious too. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, warm and helpful and we can’t thank you enough for a lovely stay :)

Spotlessly clean and great, comfy beds. The shower was excellent.

The only minus was the location as it was a little far out and a bit of a walk to the metro station however the area was nice and quiet.

My dad and I spent some nights here and we were amazed by the cozy and comfortable experience we had. The structure was very nice and well kept, both the reception and the rooms were tidy and the staff was kind and always made sure we were given everything we needed. We enjoyed the room design which was combined with amazing service; everything was neat and clean and we had no complaints. We would overall suggest the experience!

The breakfast included little variety for people with food allergies or intolerances.

Modern and minimalist design, very comfortable beds and good location near metro stops, so you are well connected to the city centre. Good breakfast, the usual buffet selection.

I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room, to be able to keep our water cool and room cleaning if we left the "make my room" sign at the door. Also, I am not really sure about the soundproofing, we were able to hear all our neighbours' conversations at all hours.

The place is absolutely amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location and is only about an 8-minute walk to the train station. Sometimes, there’s a bus available, and if you take it, the walk to the train is just about a minute. The check-in process was smooth and very comfortable. The rooms are always clean, and everything in the hotel is spotless. The staff speak English very well, which made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel!

When my Airbnb turn out to be shabby and dirty I booked this hotel for the same night. The price was very good and there was no other professional chain hotel in Prague for such interesting price and high standard. I stayed there 8 nights and I felt great and homey. Design of the hotel is very nice, a lot of wood and gentle point lights. It was super quiet (it's next to noisy street but I heard nothing from it, windows are airtight). Beds are comfy, linen was soft and fresh. Pillow was small for me and I asked for additional which was delivered without problem. Everyday cleaning was advantage. Hotel is in new building and it's nicely decorated with flowers outside. Calm and safe neighbourhood - modern offices and apartment blocks around. Quiet all week and weekends. Billa and Penny around the corner.

I dislike the air-conditioning / heating system. Unfortunately it's the same as in my office. If you raise temperature it will blow with cold air to "heat" so in the end temperature feels.... Even more cold.

There are many things we liked about this hotel. The design / interior. I bet it is because the hotel itself is quite new, but a modern but simple design, based on raw materials: wood, steel, concrete… really much of our taste. Staff: The reception can perfectly get out of troubles. Although the system did not work, while waiting we were offered a free cold drink, which was super nice. Although the suggested room was not yet ready, we were given another one. Which was not a problem, as they were able to create a connection more like a friend not on a customer level. They speak an excellent English so easy to communicate. Additionally the cleaning service does a wonderful job and gives a lot of privacy. Location: Pretty near to the subway station. It looks like a business area. Penny Markt is very close to get some groceries. Also half way to the airport. Highly recommend. Highly possible to visit them once more time.

Our stay was as planned. No dislikes.

The hotel is very new and modern. The room was very beautiful, nice design and very comfortable beds! The room had this very cozy feeling to it. The front desk agents were great, too! The 8 points are basically for the front desk agents and room design.

Upon arrival the kiosks for check in were not working. There was a lot of dust on the wall, the room is way smaller than on the pictures. It's not suitable for 2 people for sure. Also the bathroom had no door, only a rolling door that either closes the toilet or the shower so not much for privacy if you're there with someone else. There's no phone in the room, no closet space where you could store your clothes or a safe. The TV's cast option was not working at all, we tried with everything that the TV offered but the QR code gave us an error.

Hotel inside, rooms, staff, menza... It's easier to look for bad things than the good ones. Overall we liked it and would come back again

You can close only one, either toilet or shower. The shower is not good balanced, the water is all over the floor in bathroom. The location is like at the end of the world.
