Resturant was exceptional in all area's hotel, aquapark and beach. The beach is perfect and all the facilities there are fantastic, and the staff are very helpful and cooperative. Aquapark is magnificent and full of a variety of games. Parking infront of your room or suit is a prefect option, I liked it. Overall, it is a very good family experience.

Distance between the hotel and aquapark or beach is long, if you don't have a private car you will suffer because the shuttle is every 1 hour which long time to wait. Also, the kitechen availbity in rooms/suits is not neccessery as the stay is full board especially it is not equipped by any applinces except a fredige.

The staff were very polite and helpful especially the reception team Mr. Ghareb & Mr. Mostafa check in process was quick and easy. Also I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud( housekeeping ) for the nice hospitality offered during our stay. Also the staff and the chefs at the main restaurant were welcoming and offering us extra food from now and then and keep asking about our opinion on the food taste and quality . The beach area was wonderful and the sea is available for swimming and snorkeling. The active pool was heated and nice . The quality of drinks were quite fine. The lunch area at the beach was nice but it was almost fully occupied during lunch time as it cater more than 3- 4 hotels. But the beach staff were always on fire working too hard to cater & to make all guests satisfied , despite that some guests were rude and impolite.

To be clear it’s a 3 star hotel not 4 stars as per booking.com The room needs to be renovated. The hotel is far from the beach , yet they offer shuttle bus but still you have to abide and follow up shuttle bus schedule. Little bit boring at night, weak night show and activities. The children accommodation policy is strict compered to others hotels. Finally, if you have medical issues this hotel won’t suit you as some specific accommodation such as “studios” are only available on the 3rd floor whereby No elevator is available at the hotel , while the one bedroom suite is limited between ground floor & on the 1st floor whereby the stairs of the 1st floor are high & hard for people that can’t walk or have medical issues.

The working personals were nice and welcoming. The Aqua Park facility was fantastic. The restaurant varieties were perfect and the food test was fantastic . I would like to thank Chef Mohamed (on the grill) for the beautiful smile and welcoming. The Mekadi market was a way from the hotel by 5 minutes walk, yet the beach was quite far by walk. You could use the shuttle for it. Also the car parking was perfectly shaded to maintain your car.

I reserved a two bedroom apparent, the electrical sockets were not enough. There were only two sockets for the whole apparent. The water heater was too smaller for a family, especially that the second bathroom wasn't equipped with a shower, therefore one bathroom was usable. The furniture was quite old.

Meal in restaurant is classic 4* there is no many choice but always chicken, beef and fish. Hotel is very clean and well maintained but rooms definitely need renovation (furniture) because I always compare this with other Jaz hotels. Beach is 800m but you have shuttle bus. Animation team is funny and perfect. Two pools are clean and well maintained.

Food makes problem whole 10 days for my and my friends even they are from Egypt. On the other side water is very strange taste beacuse water is not in bottles…

The water park, the staff in the restaurant, and the all inclusive food is delicious, so big shout out to the kitchen and restaurant staff. Thank you

The reception can be rude sometimes. They don’t understand that children can be tired after swimming so when the room’s key/card wasn’t working, we call the receptionist for help, little did we know that his shift was nearly over so he wanted us to go to him instead, to get another key. But the child didn’t want to go, but this receptionist guy doesn’t want to hear explanations why we couldn’t go to him, and looked really pissed when he brought the key to us. It’s not our fault that the room Key is not working is it? Why make us feel guilty for asking another key

Room : Big room and even can accommodate up to 4 persons , with entire kitchen Food : very nice food in the main restaurant and the snacks bar on the beach was really nice Animation : Above average with some entertainment activities at night Service : Friendly and very nice staff ( at reception, restaurant )

Although I asked for connected rooms or rooms near to each others, but I had to get one room in a different building which i had to go every time to another building to check my daughters First day: there was no water bottles in the room

The suite is big and the restaurant is clean and the food is delicious the stuff is so helpful in reception and restaurant the animation team is amazing I wanna thank Mr Ahmed negmeldin -receptionist at palm hotel for his great efforts and his well treatment with others cheerfully and efficiently👏🏻 Also the animation team was great and creative specially Alberto

Jaz Makadi saraya palms is so far from the beach you must have your own car or waiting the shuttle bus of the hotel and the last time of this service is 5pm from beach the room is not cleaned in check in and wait about an hour to clean the room and the a/c not working in the bed room and wait another hour to fix it

Really great week at the hotel for some February sunshine. We are a family of five and stayed in a two bed apartment, very spacious. We don’t usually do all inclusive and intended to eat out if we got bored but in the event we didn’t and the food is really nice. Good variety and high quality (we saw some produce being grown in the gardens), I would have loved some more fresh fruit but that might be a seasonal thing. The staff just go out of their way to make it special (thank you especially Muhamed and Mahmoud in the dining room), we happened to be there over Valentine’s day and they added little touches like Valentine’s cakes to the room, drinks receptions and and Egyptian show on that evening. The grounds are lovely, two pools, one active and heated and the other calm. View of the golf course. It’s a short walk to the beach which is nice, lots of sun beds and windbreaks in the Jaz area and a snack bar and drinks there also included in the all inclusive. We used our two trips to the water park which is a short drive or 20 min walk, both easy. The water park is really great (even for me and they’re not my thing) and when we were there was very quiet which is great as no queues. The kids absolutely loved it. Food also included there, not wonderful but filled a hole. All in all we had a great time and would return.

The beach was nice sandy and clean The two bedroom sweet was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. All the stuff were nice and polite.

The food was ok but no variety and the juice machine in the restaurant was broken on the last day. The restaurant staff were nice to us and the kids. The animation team only interacted with foreigners. None of them contacted us at all during our stay at the hotel. The two-bedroom suite was excellent and clean and the furniture was nice. As for the studio, it was on the third floor and the water was weak and the bathroom was modest. Also, there was no mineral water in closed bottles, only water filled in glass bottles. The beach is a bit far but there is a bus that takes you there at specific times. As well as the aqua park.

No flexibility with the reception desk .. they do not provide solutions for example being on the second floor with a baby is not cool, I asked for a lower level room but they do not care to find a solution .. water was cut off before check out and reception was depating a 1-2 hour late check out and no apologies … very annoying
