What can I say except EXCELLENT 👌. Very clean very safe lovely staff throughout from waiters to entertainment staff to reception the shop workers and Ibrahim the hotel taxi man. Fresh food very well presented three times a day . Close to shops bank and McDonald’s if you fancy a treat . The Cleopatra spa gave me the most beautiful massage Nora was exceptional!! Also the best beauty salon inside hotel lobby was outstanding. Simply can not write enough to praise Bob . Totally Professional nothing was a problem and the two girls who work along side him are trained to a high level . I went in looking like a man I left feeling like a lady .. Top marks !! You won’t go wrong booking your holiday with this hotel . Fabulous two weeks stay and we are already organising our next trip here . Room cleaner made such an amazing effort we’d return to stunning towel displays on our bed each day . All in all an unbelievable stay

The most delightful part in Coral 🪸 hills resort is the amazing friendly staff that served us from the reception till our leaving.. special thanks to Mr.Mohamed the receptionist and Mr.Emad for being keen to listen to our requests and pay special care to our comfort and satisfaction during our stay.The breakfast was great.the food in lunch and dinner was very tasty with variation in every meal thanks for all chefs especially for Mr.Sayed...as I got all inclusive,I loved desserts .... drinks are nice.. thanks to the decent bar man in the reception.the waiters are amazing with lovely 😊 smile and welcoming sentences..thanks to Mr.Hamahkei our special waiter.... the room service was great.we enjoyed the animation with a show every night.the resort offer free shuttle bus to many beaches with different entrance fees.I tried the fanar beach and I had great moments watching the corals and colorful fish 🐠 that was for 50 pounds for Egyptian people

The staff is amazing, the guys in the restaurant, pool, bars. The food is also tasty for a 3 stars hotel. Cold beer. Except the room’s not clean, the hotel is great and I recommend it, we will be back.

The room was is a very bad state, was not clean at all, impossible to stay, they came and cleaned, but not enough, the cleaner guy smoke in the door of the room and throw the ashes and cigarettes at the room’s door. The hotel could invest a little bit more to clean the rooms.

- No food variety and some food has no taste and repeated items in every meal and everyday so this led us to eat out - Even though the weather was super hot, they turned the air conditioner off everyday from 3 pm to 5 pm at the lobby. - Some drinks without ice and this was annoying because of the hot weather.

Exceptional place! Huge room, an apartment with a pool view! Two beautiful pools joined by a stream with waterfalls! Wow! Very kind staff and top services! Free snow shuttle to the beaches with very convenient times that takes you to all the most famous beaches (AL fanar 1, Al fanar Cuba beach on the barrier, Temple beach, Hola beach, Terrazzina etc.) almost all of which have an agreement with the hotel (umbrella and sunbed included and always available or at a cost of €1 only at Al Fanar 1), shuttle also available in the evening to Nama Bay (for only €1 per person)! Breakfast (you will even have the chef who will prepare the omelette for you on the spot!), lunch and dinner buffet: first courses, second courses and side dishes at will, desserts, drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, wine drinks with vodka, gin, rum. All included in the price!) and all delicious! I have never eaten such good, quality chicken in a restaurant! Daytime and nighttime entertainment with activities such as: water aerobics, beach volleyball in the pool, darts, yoga, mini dance for children, karaoke, group dancing, Oriental show (beautiful!)! Services available for a fee (but very convenient) such as: spa, massages, private jacuzzi, disco evenings with the entertainment staff, fully stocked mini market, excursion organization service directly in the resort, taxi to and from the airport. Very nice and super kind entertainers, like all the Coral Hill staff! Guys go there, you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful town at this beautiful resort. The menu at the bar was excellent and with very quick service. My room attendant was the sweetest. I really appreciate Ahmed’s attention to detail and making my bed look so beautiful with my blanket I always carry with me on my travels and making an animal out of a towel. Totally didn’t expect that. Ahmed was very friendly and kind. Costa was as well, the front desk staff was always helpful. I enjoyed the friendly people: Magged, Bebo and Elia in the shops to the right. They all have such amazing things. I will definitely come again! Thank you.

The pool closed around 6:30, it could stay open later (at your own risk ) I’d it’s due to no life guards around possibly. I know they clean the pool however it’s people vacation, they should be able to swim in the pool later than 6:30.

I stayed in triple room with my family..the room was comfortable and clean with terace. service man called Tharwat was so keen to decorate our room.Staff is so caring,helpful and smiling all the time.location is near mercato and go bus station . the resort has free access to fanar beach (rocky)everyday.it was really amazing,you can watch colored fish all around you(you need to wear sea shoes🌷100 pounds in sharm).I didn't like the sandy beach which coral has free access to.you can choose another sandy beach and pay 75 pounds for each person.The breakfast included varieties of food foul,susage,different types of cheese, corn flakes,koskosi,yogurt,many salades and varieties of baked items and extras....dinner was great and different every day including beef ,chicken and delicious fish plates. I am so grateful to all buffet staff members (all chefs,waiters and helpers and especially chef Saed and chef Nour for their delicious ,different recipes every meal in addition to greeting us with smile and offering help whenever is needed).the animation team tried to make our stay enjoyable.you don't need to buy from outside as a supemarket is inside the resort with normal prices for drinks food and souvenirs managed by Mr Evrayom.I totally recommand stay in coral hills resort

Warm water hot tube, the views aroun the pools, room clean, ok, nothing special. Food is tatsty, big enough choice, did not have a chance even to try all.

No coffee machine, have to use instant powder Beer from bottles, no draught beer. The fridge had just a few degrees lower temp than in the room.

Can't think of anything bad to say.... apart for you need to watch out for the brother of one of the shop traders who is a tour /taxi driver...He will over charge big timeo
