I will write that review as a person who has been staying a lot of 5 Star hotels all over the world. Firstly, I would like to congratulate HR that vast majority of the hotel personnel are very hardworking, helpful, friendly and kind. This is really huge success and shows that management gives special attention to choosing and training of the personnel. I really appreciate to all personnel, however, special thanks to: Mr. Mahmoud Elsayed (from aqua reception) who corrected my mistake on our reservation including wrong dates. Mr. Ahmet Turky (from main reception) who was so helpful Ms. Huda who arranged every activity for us Mr. Muhamed Abd El Ail Mustafa (from Varenda restaurant) who was so kind and helpful Hotel facility is really great. All services (restaurants, bars, pools, Aqua) are operated neatly to fulfill needs of customers. It is understood that the management have done the best on their job. Turkuoise is main restaurant that serves too many delicious dishes that appeal to taste buds of any culture. Please make a reservation Lalezar Restaurant to taste favorite dishes of Turkish cuisine and meet talented Chief Cahit Tascı who is a gentleman at the same time. If you like Barbeque I am sure you will enjoy Mangal restaurant where everything is prepared for you. If I talked about only cleanness of the room, I can be unfair to the hotel. Cleanness is in everywhere (environment, general toilets, pools, restaurants, …) Additionally, they really take care of hygienic rules in the pools and restaurants. Lastly my wife highly recommends Stone Massage in Anjana Spa.

People's Restaurant menu needs improvement.

Great resort with plenty to do. We tried 2 a la carte restaurants. We loved the Greek one!

We could never find available sun beds at any of the pools. Drinks and cocktails are really bad.

I like most the high level of customer service at the hotel , especially Mr. Aziz he works as reciption he was very supportive and helpful for all my request, and also miss seren the personal assistant at Rixos he has done amazing support for me and my family.

To be frank with you I did not like the buffet especially lunch and dinner poor food quality did not reflect the food quality of Rixos groups.

1- Lack of pools activity and music. 2- all the staff were amazing in every area and helpful, except the reception bar staff. Poor service there and not once or twice.

We had the best week away at this hotel. Food was great, we ate at People’s, Brazilian, BBQ and twice at the Asian as we all loved it! All the restaurants were great. Their workers are a credit to the hotel, from housekeeping, poolside guys and the lifeguards! My only slight negative was the kids club and kids evening entertainment. We are used to a more intimate/interactive club where we would feel comfortable to leave our children but this was a free roam around which didn’t make me feel comfortable to leave, and the evening entertainment was generally based in the kids club too and we sat on kids chairs watching! I’m sure this suits some parents but for us it didn’t. But this didn’t put any negative on our trip at all! Would recommend to anyone

The quality of food in the buffet and the fact that you have to make a reservation every time you want to eat in any of the restaurants outside the buffet When we got there, there was bo availability in any of the restaurants except in our third day of stay!!!!

Outstanding Experience. All good & above expectations (staff very friendly and helpful, facilities, services, resort size, food, kids club, activities, etc…) (Except the below comments).

The experience during the checkout process was not as expected, as there was no decision maker to allow & accept the free of charge late checkout and we called +4 times to facilitate and discuss the same topic with no chance. We understand/ respect the resort policy. However, the usual practice is to show flexibility by extending for free of charge (Rixos asked for 50-100$ for the late checkout).

You have to be early for buffet if not all the great food ie lobster the pasta and beef wellington had all gone on valentines evening

My family and I had the greatest trip ever in Rixos Premium Seagate. The hotel is luxurious, clean with spectacular landscapes. The staff..I would like to thank all the staff members for everything, they were friendly, kind , helpful and professional. In addition I want to thank the security team because I dropped my wallet in the reception and they looked for me to receive it and they were really professional and honest. The pools.. there are plenty of pools with different depths and they are clean and nice. And there are lots of bars. also the lifeguards were everywhere. The beach.. the snorkeling experience was amazing and we saw different fishes and coral reefs. There were towel carts everywhere and also bars with nice beverages. The aqua park .. I liked it som much . It was clean and very big .. there was a wave pool and a lazy river too and there are a car race and it was really nice. The food.. the food was delicious with a large variety, the main restaurant is amazing and you can listen to amazing musicians playing music while eating meals. The room.. I was in a junior suite and it was clean spacious with all the facilities we need. The entertainment.. the night shows are awesome. The shows were very entertaining and we had much fan. Eventually, it was such an amazing experience and it is highly recommended to stay in Rixos Premium Seagate

The thing about waiting for 48 before you can book any restaurant was upsetting because we only stayed for 5 days only got bookings at one hotel and had to eat dinner at the buffet for all the other nights . The buggy must drive slower a danger to pedestrians hence they both use the same pathway . The music at night was way too loud and late for guests that had to put their children early to bed .The noise of the music was too loud . 12 at night is too late to still have music shows This is a kids friendly Rixos .maybe the 18 only one can have longer hours of loud music .
