What is there not to like? This hotel is fabolous ! The hotel has a really nice decoration, exclusive but yet not too extravagant. It feels like an upgraded high-end home away from home, maybe thanks to the always smiling, welcoming and super friendly staff. The hotel manager Mister George is also a man of great hospitality. The concierge service is super, receptionists as well. Everything is so well organized for you to have the greatest holiday. Food and beverage is first class, a big variation of food for all meals. The presentation of the food is delicate and esthetic. Taste wonderful and absolutely no trouble for the stomach. The waiters are extraordinarily sweet, helpful and attentive. Thanks to Ismail for always waiting for me there. The housekeeping is so good and everything is spotless and clean. They really make an effort to make your room a good place to be. Comfortable beds, amazing view when you have a sea view. The hotel is not new, but it’s clean and has an atmosphere. Thanks to Khaled for super housekeeping! The spa is good, maybe a little expensive. Had a great massage VIP performed by Sandra. The gym is ok. The gardens and pools are perfect, the private beach is super. Swimming and snorkeling just by the hotel seaside is amazing. It’s like an aquarium with all the colorful fish and corals. The waiters serve you even at the beach - thanks Michael! They have a diving center and rental for snorkeling. There is a free shuttle to Namaa Bay. They assisted me when my suitcase was lost. A huge thanks to absolutely all the wonderful staff who made my holiday so memorable! I hope to return .

Nothing not to like!

Firstly i need to say this Hotel blew us away. Everything was spot on. We arrived at the Hotel in the evening and the feel and decorations at the entrance of the Hotel makes you feel special. At the reception we were welcomed by a polite and helpful concierge who carried our bags. The reception area well decorated and first class. The view from our room ( deluxe with a sea view) was amazing. Room was big with all the amenities you would expect of a 5 star hotel. All inclusive facilities including Spa were so good. Hotel has several pools to swim in. Snockering in the sea was amazing. Delicious food buffet every day was delicious and varied. Breakfast had all you needed. Lots of drinks including alcohol was served all day from different locations of the hotel. I wish to mention the room attendant ( Nimlod) who made our birthday celebrations so special. We were provided a cake and flowers for my Wife special day. Every day our bed was decorated in a special romantic design that you would not find any where. Mohammed in the restaurant was polite and with a great customer service. Always willing to help and listen to you. Michael and others in the restaurant were all great. I will not forget daily live entertainment shows that made our stay enjoyable. We asked for an extension for checking out time and this was allowed for no extra charge,!! Cash machines in the hotel only issues Egyptian Pounds with unfavourable exchange rates. . I advice any one visiting Egypt to carry US Dollars as it is the best currency acceptable every where.

I did not like the lack of a hookah, but rather a hotel, knowing that all hotels have hookahs. I did not like the treatment of the seller who sells oils in the hotel, and this ruins the reputation of the hotel because he raises the prices to an exorbitant amount. He sells a piece for a dollar for 10 times its price. Diffusers, their prices do not exceed 80 to 300 pounds, which he sells for 800 to 1000. 2000 pounds big size and small size price 80 pound he sells like 450 to 850 pounds, and oils and perfumes 100 ml, their price does not exceed 200 to 400 pounds, because he sells them for 1000 to 3000 and more. You will be able to buy these things from Naama Bay at a cheaper price, with the same quality and the same company.

Snorkelling and the location were great. It is not a massively big hotel. which is what we like.

I you are looking for a beach, the you will be disappointed. As the shoreline is rocky, but great for snorkelling.

The food quality was inconsistent. The freshness of some of the items at breakfast were questionable. There are many choices though, so not a big problem.

Very beautiful coral reef next to hotel,

next to the coral reef at the hotel was company which selling trips for diving/snorkelling of course prices wasn't listed, we check with other people from hotel and we paid 2 different prices for the trip... That is completely unfair.. Be careful and negotiate the price. We paid $65 other guest $50 for same trip.

The staff are really supportive and highly responsive, EXAMPLE, I asked for a late checkout, in addition to extra towels, there were no problems at all to happily responded. The location of the hotel is directly in front of the sea, and the places to relax on the sea are very beautiful, clean, and friendly staff. The food at the hotel is exceptional. The availability of currency exchange machines within the hotel facilities for certain currencies (ask the hotel about the currency of your country).

Transportation (I recommend coordinating with a specific taxi during your stay in Sharm El-Sheikh, asking the hotel for transportation is expensive). Honestly, the hotel is wonderful, but there is a problem outside their control, which is the spread of mosquitoes.

Escaping Norwegian cold December, our Christmas holiday at the Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh was a delightful experience that I am eager to share. The hotel, known for its splendid service and facilities, exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the quality of the breakfast and buffet dinners at the hotel was exceptional. Each meal was a culinary journey with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The flavors were authentic and the food was prepared with great care, making each dining experience a pleasure. The cleanness of the facilities at Stella Di Mare was noteworthy. From the well-maintained rooms to the pristine common areas, the attention to hygiene and detail was apparent. This aspect of the hotel contributed significantly to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. What truly set Stella Di Mare apart, however, was the exceptional service and the friendly manner of the staff. A few individuals, in particular, made our stay memorable: Nabil, the lifeguard, was vigilant and always on his toes, ensuring the safety of all guests at the pool. His professional attitude and friendly demeanor were reassuring and appreciated. Mahmoud from the concierge was incredibly nice and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His knowledge of the local area and his willingness to help with any request were commendable. Over the course of my stay, he became more than just a staff member; he became a friend. Ahmed, from the bar near the pool, was outstanding in his service. He was attentive, quick with service, and always served with a smile. His drinks were a highlight of the afternoons spent by the pool. The collective effort of all other staff members at Stella Di Mare should not go unnoticed. Each one contributed to making my stay special with their warm smiles, helpful nature, and the impeccable service they provided.

The hotel is fantastic, well maintained, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great sea view from my room. The hotel had everything we needed, the spa is very good, the services offered at the beach also very nice. The best part is the coral reef with plenty of colourful fishes to see while snorkeling at the hotel beach. It’s not a beach like anywhere else, because of the reef you have to walk down a pier and jump straight in the deep water. The staff was outstanding: they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and enjoying your stay. They remember our names and where we are from and were always up for a good chat. I was there to celebrate my birthday, they prepared a cute decoration at the restaurant, the whole staff came to sign happy birthday with a cake. It was very sweet.

I got the all inclusive option and don’t regret it. There was plenty of food and drinks all day long and I also tried the set menu of the additional two restaurants they have (Italian and Asian). The main restaurant has a great variety of options. My only complaint is that some of the food in my opinion was a bit bland and overcooked, though I had the most delicious kofta from the grill. The main restaurant has thematic dinners every night, but that means only a typical dish or two, everything else is mostly the same. And the alcoholic drinks could have a bit more variety including some liquors and digestives outside the standard cocktails.
