Proximity to other family members. Reception friendly and helpful. Room neat and tidy and spacious. Bed super comfortable.

Our room smelt like sewrage one day after being out. A lady knocked on our door and asked if we needed coffee tea etc and I asked her to smell the bathroom and she said yes that smell has been a problem.. I asked her to tell someone and on checkout Sunday they said they didn't know. Your concierge couldn't help me with a container so I could bring my food from the restaurant across the road that I couldn't eat. They wanted to charge me $6 to send an empty plate to my room??? The reception helped me.

We will never be staying with this establishment again, after the weekend of the football. We have stayed with you several times now, because you are in a great location, however we were unable to get back to our parking and made a phone call and checked with Crown Promenade before parking in the car park that was $40. They advised that we would be reimbursed on checkout. We were not reimbursed and the the gentleman on reception said that we needed to being the park ticket to them before we moved and paid for the parking. Were we very disappointed and with many other facilities in the area, I'm sure we will find something just as good. We were also disappointed in the casino, as the tables were very experience. I booked 3 rooms. I realised I needed an accessible room for myself post surgery. The booking team was very accommodating and assisted me in booking the appropriate room for my needs. We were lucky that all 3 rooms were on the same floor. I loved the shower space in the accessible room - it was spacious, and everything was within reach. We normally stay in the King room and have no issues. The rest of our party did not complain about their rooms (king and twin rooms).

The queen room was a little squishy. However, I was using crutches and was able to manoeuvre around the room with ease. There wasn't really anywhere to sit except for one chair at the desk. In the bathroom, I needed a rail or some sort of support on the other side, which would have supported my needs better. A pull-down rail/bar would have been great. I could have used the rail/bar to pull myself up easier with less pain. I would have struggled if I needed to access the fridge due to my limitations. Luckily, my partner was available to assist me.

Good central location for walking to Optus Stadium. Adjacent to Casino. Variety of food options around complex from high end to Maccas. Merrywell has good pub food at reasonable pricing. Check out the Camfield too! We found the hop on hop off bus 2 day pass was great to see some sights & with a bit of planning also good just get around to some other things we wanted to visit that weren't far from various bus stops. Did about a 90 minute sightseeing walking loop over the bridges & back,

The location is amazing. It is across from the Crown. However, also very close to other amenities, such as a local Deli, petrol station, restaurants and other entertainment on the Great Eastern Hwy. It was very clean, the staff were very nice. It is very affordable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. I would book again.

We were situated on the inner side of the building so our view was four walls and a concrete floor. Even though there is sufficient air conditioning it would be nice to have a balcony to sit outside. However, perfect for a short stay.

The beds were super comfortable and pillows were perfect. Very clean with the best customer service. I have stayed here a few times and we still be coming back. My friends stayed here on the Sunday night, the loved every moment too. WELL DONE TO ALL WORKERS. We will see you soon.

There was a little disappointment when i requested something special for my brother being 18 as this was first time experiencing his own room, a bonus being his birthday. He still loved every second staying here. We all will be back.

The staff are always welcoming and it is an easy process to check in. I generally arrive early to do the check in process even if the room is not ready but it pretty much always is. If not the staff will look for a suitable room for me. They are very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a stay especially if it is to attend a concert or a function.

It would be good if there was a suitcase stand in the room. The alternatives are the floor or bed.

For the first time, I was at least a little compensated, for the loss of my expensive 3 way apple charger that I mention each time I stay with you in case it miraculously turns up. I stay regularly as I stay whenever the football is at Optus stadium. On previous occasions, I’ve felt I haven’t been dealt with the respect and concern I should have been. I’d like to thank Blair for the respect and concern shown to me. She was 11 out of ten with her customer service. I was also upgraded to a suite and was very appreciative of that. I was also offered 2 drink vouchers of which I believe, being at silver level, should have been offered every time!!! I used them with delight and will remind them each time if not offered.

Comfy bed and extra-large pillows and not too hard, extra good to sleep on. We were on a high-level floor and was extremely quiet. I was told the hotel was full. A great compliment was the minibar which we enjoyed a couple of drinks. Its great to have that service on offer and the pricing was reasonable. The pool was at a great temperature for an early morning swim

Unfortunately, the lifts kept breaking down over the weekend and there were long waits to go up or down. ?

Tidy rooms. Pool available. Great price. Right next to theatre where Wicked was staged. Free bus to the train network that gets you to town (machine to pay for train at the station.) Most reasonably priced of the three hotels at the Crown. We Good walking paths around the larger complex. Access to the larger casino lobby lounge area where you can order meals and beverages.
