Great location with easy transport links into the centre of Berlin (Underground is easy - either a 4 journey ticket - great for a couple there and back, or a 24 hr ticket if you're dotting about). Plenty going on in the neighbourhood and also a nice flat 1 hour walk into the centre along the Tiergarten. Hotel is very modern, spacious, very well appointed and very very comfortable. Room location at the back was totally quiet - comfortable bed, great shower etc. Delicious breakfast with a huge range of choice. We found some great restaurants nearby and even one literally just across the road! We didn't have time to use the spa facilities - too busy sightseeing :)

Good H10 hotel! My first time staying at H10 was in Seville and that left such an amazing impression despite having smaller rooms, the service was topnotch(!) So we booked H10 Berlin Ku’Damm for our stay during Lollapalooza festival. Our room was big, comfortable and clean and we like it a lot! The tv streaming option was a nice extra. The hotel was perfect located between festival site and central station and even the airport. Communication with hotel before arrival was superb; hotel replied to all my questions and messages very fast.

The shower had bipolar moods, slightly annoying but not that bothersome compared to the checkout agent, who was so loud in the morning when we checked out; saying we didn’t pay yet for roomservice while the question was ‘did you take anything from the minibar?’ We thought it was already charged to our credit card. It was quite embarrassing and the reason I wouldn’t come back since it left us with a real bad taste. Other than that the hotel and other staff were great.

The junior loft had plenty of space for a family of four. Having a kitchenette was fantastic, we enjoyed having a cup of tea, toast and cereal in the room. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. We had food here which was very nice annd tasty, and well presented.

We weren’t too sure about car parking at the hotel, the sign on the building was clear but as we drove down one door was closed and one door open. We were so tired and stressed with the drive we didn’t notice the reception buzzer. There was quite a lot of traffic noise heard from this room.

Breakfast had reasonable options and the cooked meals are interchanged every other day. Location is great. Train station is next to the building and bus stop is about 250m away. Unlimited shopping around. Couple of places to eat around. Clean and spacious apartment. Toilet had complete supplies. The lift surprisingly is never busy on the wing i stayed.

The kitchen had no real knife. It had one that looked like a toy and very blunt. Just 2 pots with no cover. The room is dark although they had standing lamps but I really don't like them. No USB charging point. The fridge is quite small with half filled with their stuff described as "Mini Bar" which you have to pay if eaten. No dish washing machine.

I was very pleased to stay at H10 Hotel Kudam. Hotel is very clean, spacious, staff is very cheerful and friendly.

The elevator, which carries luggage and the elderly, rarely works, although there is a receptionist to help. One minus point for H10 about this elevator

Comfortable room, perfect location, great breakfast, unforgettable service including a special surprise due to my son’s birthday. Big parking place nearby.

Nothing specific, worthy to consider having a bigger coffee mugs for breakfast to minimize traffic to the coffee machines. Would be also nice having an agreement with the parking place at Metropole to be able to buy pay for the parking tickets at the hotel counter instead of looking for a cash (card payment is not allowed). However, these are very small things as the hotel offer amazing service in general.

The hotel has a very good location, close to a shopping mall, close to cheap shops like Primark, as well as more upscale shops. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, also great terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful — we had an early business meeting on our check-out day, and they kindly stored our luggage. Later, they allowed us to leave our bags a bit longer so we could squeeze in some last-minute shopping before heading to the airport.

While it’s not within walking distance to the main tourist attractions (about 1 hour on foot or 15–20 minutes by car to places like Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, or the East Side Gallery), the area is well-connected.

The hotel is good, but there are much better ones for this price. I liked the location, the room was comfortable, and generally clean, though not 100%. We didn’t use the restaurant, so I can’t comment on it. I’d like to highlight the bar and its waiters — great guys!

What I didn't like was that, when booking, it was stated that the room included free water — one bottle per person.However, there was no drinking water in the room at all. When we went to the reception to ask whether water would be provided, they said they didn’t offer free water and that it shouls be paid. This was strange, especially considering there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Do we have to use tap water?

Not much to critique really. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful, location central, lovely decor and comfortable rooms. Quiet, no issues. The only things to potentially improve on would be the spa facilities. These would benefit from a jacuzzi or similar rather than just a steam room and gym. The glass door for the bathroom/toilet in the room was ok as we are a couple but if friends sharing this may have been awkward. These are really picky points but overall it was a lovely hotel.

Booked a room for 3 and we were given a big spacious room. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to help us with any problems despite us not knowing even a word of German. Bathroom was clean.

Bathrooms are transparent and not soundproof. I found it uncomfortable knowing that I could be heard when on the toilet by the others in my room.
