Really nice hotel. Excellent location, good size rooms, lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful

We booked this hotel as it had air conditioning in the rooms, but it wasn't working in one of our rooms. However, they did provide us with a really good fan and also offered free breakfast as compensation. The other room was on the 7th floor and when we returned after our night out, we were informed the lift was broken, so it was lucky it was the one with air conditioning!! There did appear to be work going on, so these were probably isolated incidents and we were just unlucky...

Smooth check-in, friendly staff. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to Warschauer Strasse and opposite RAW Gelände. Because of this you can be bothered by some noise from the street, this did not really bother us. I found the bed quite hard, my partner found it an excellent bed. So many people, so many wishes...;-)

Every single member of the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lallapaloosa was in town and finding a hotel with air conditioning was a challenge. It was incredibly hot this past week and we were traveling with our large dog. The system was faulty when we checked into our room, so they immediately gave us an upgrade to a larger room. It was an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. The hotel is right across from the Tram and extremely close to a train stop. Access to the main train station couldn’t be easier. The river and the East Gallery Wall is just a short walk. There is also great shopping at the mall down the street.

This part of Berlin is a bit gritty, so while you are getting convenience, you are not getting ambience.

Hotel interior looks clean and decent. The room I was staying at was pretty big with view of city around. The rooms were soundproof and the bed was comfortable so I slept soundly. Hotel was really close to Uber Arena which was my priority. Train and tram stops were also near the hotel which was plus. And also the staff were kind and accommodating. I recommend and would probably stay again.

The only thing that bothered me was the elevator cause it was kinda slow.

The location is very neat. Well connected, even walkable to the centre. There is something to see nearby. Surrounded by very nice spots to eat. Also, there is a mall very close by, where there is also a supermarket

The cleaning services were so early, so on the days when we were out after 10 or 11, we wouldn't get our room cleaned, or trash removed

The location was really good for the event I was going to at the uber arena. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful, suggesting even to order Uber Eats to my room (which I did and worked perfectly!) and the room was very good.

I suppose the room temperature was really hot at almost 26c which forced me to keep the fan on all night and the pillows are terrible but those things are common at hotels, it's not something that should stop you from going there.

Very convenient localisation steps away from S-Bahn station, close to Ostbahnhof and Uber Arena. Nice room with air conditioning, a small balcony, and a little fridge. Good breakfast

It’d be nice to have a kettle and some tea bags in the room, as a well as a glass, a spoon, etc. The room was perfect for a single person, for a couple it’d be a bit small

The location of this hotel is brilliant. Comfortable rooms. Great bathroom.

Bits of the hotel were quite tatty. A really wobbly banister leading from the breakfast area. A small step in our corridor to our room. It is difficult to see and once there would have been yellow and black hazard tape. This tape has mostly worn away. My wife tripped on this step and hurt herself.

The room was very nice, spacious and looked fresh, location is close to public transportation with very easy access to other parts of Berlin. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were allowed a later check out and appreciated it a lot.

The breakfast was poor in my mind and the carpet in breakfast area needs a deep clean or to be replaced.

Everything about the room was superb - the bed, the balcony, the bathroom, the provided equipment - we were very happy! Also the location - just a 10 min walk from the Mercedez Benz Arena, there’s a shopping mall very close and the street as well as the hotel is really quiet. Breakfast was okay, nothing special - regularly good buffet hotel breakfast. We recommend.
