Great location close to the Friedrichstrase station and within walking distance of some of the historical sites. Restaurants and bars were on the doorstep. The suite was great, very spacious, big balcony and good views.

It was quite noisy, but we knew that would likely be the case being a corner suite overlooking the bridge. Canal, restaurants and bars! The air conditioning didn't work and we had particular hot weather during our stay. The staff tried their best to get it fixed but in the end moved us to another room. They also gave wus a frreee breakfast.

The room was exceptional! So spacious, it has everything we needed (and don't need, like the peloton bike, but it was a thoughtful touch, probably would come in handy for cyclists who cant cycle outside when it rains). The room was clean enough, we didnt really go around and inspect every inch of the room to try to find dust and mould (like some of you weirdos). The room was on the first floor, there was no lift so you got to take stairs, but no issues for us, but worth mentioning for anyone who wishes to carry their 20 pieces luggage, so this hotel might not suits you. The breakfast was fantastic, it was small but perfect for me a small eater. it has everything that normal people need, not for those who like to take plates full of everything and not finish them after. hats off to this cook at egg counter on 27, 28 and 29 Sept morning, he cooks EGGSCELLENT omelette! but not the one on 30 Sept morning, the omelette was tasteless and dry. The italian restaurant serves great menu, loved it. we were there for 2 nights, nice and tasty food they got.

since the room was just on top of the italian restaurant, it tend to be noisy at night. but maybe only at weekends nights, otherwise it was quite quiet. only noises from the train and cars, but nothing extreme.

The hotel is in a great location, at the centre of everything. Our room was spacious, our boys' room was not as spacious but still good. It had a nice leafy outlook which was lovely for a city hotel room.

The bed was not great. Our air conditioner didn't work properly and didn't get fixed during our stay even though we requested it. Thankfully, we missed the heatwave by a week! Hotel buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing. Our room didn't look like the photos on booking.com!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I liked very much the breakfast buffet. The staff was also very nice, and the location is very central and I could easily walk around to most of the places I've visited.

For some reason, my room didn't have a bottle of water included in the price. Seems trivial, but it's a small thing that is included...pretty much everywhere nowadays.

The location is superb very close to central areas and beside the river, plenty of eating places around and easy to walk about. The room was quite spacious, very very clean and a comfy big bed too with tea/coffee making facilities in room and free soap/shower gel available. The receptionist was lovely to deal with and I arrived 45 minutes before check in was open but she kindly gave me my room key (many places make you wait till the exact minute of opening so I appreciated this receptionist/hotels flexibility). I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I booked this room for my mother-in-law. maybe her visit was during a peak weekend (we were there during berlin marathon weekend), she complained about the noise coming from the bar right below her room. she couldnt sleep the whole night and even during the day she couldnt enjoy resting in the room because of the noise. but after the marathon was over, it was such a peaceful stay.

My stay was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I initially requested a room with a balcony, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a suite with an incredible view, all at no extra cost. The suite was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail was carefully attended to, making my stay truly memorable. The hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable, and the ambience was inviting throughout. I can not praise the team enough for their hospitality and dedication to making guests feel welcome. Their genuine efforts made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Berlin, as it exceeded all my expectations. I look forward to returning in the future.

Loved the location and the staff were wonderful. The room was large. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well.

Rooms could do with more updates and staff at the restaurant could ask patrons if they are guests at the hotel so that the discount can be used. We forgot to mention it so missed out on that discount at dinner a few times.

A Quirky hotel in a Great location by the river, easy to walk to The Cathedral, Brandenburg Gate, Opera House, Tier Garten etc etc Near railway station where direct trains go to the airport Italian Restaurant next door great for late night pizza and drinks, Irish pub opposite had good atmosphere and cheap snacks

One of our rooms had the shower cubicle adjacent to the bed and our son in laws head was taller than the screen, meaning he had to be very careful when showering to keep the bed dry. Thankfully the toilet was seperate from the bedroom

Excellent location. Loved staying in this part of the city. Bang opposite to the boat tours and very close to the S-Bahn/ U-Bahn. Triple room for adults was quite spacious and comfortable. Thankfully they also had a functioning AC in the summer. I travelled with my parents and had no problems.

It’s a slightly old property- you can see that in the bathroom. But still everything is renovated and comfortable.
