Richard was our first contact at the Hotel, he was very polite, educated, informed us of every little thing to do in the hotel or even the area, booked me a hair salon appointment in the hair salon next to them, he told us he was working there only for a short time but was much nicer than the other two man that where there for a long time. Super classy and eager to help that is what make a difference when you arrive in a hotel the service you get, this is a small boutique hotel, really good location, the spa and pool area are amazing, the rooms are very tidy and clean and have a really nice size when you travel with family, the breakfast was really good and the breakfast rooms are very classy, my only concern is during summer I see two portable units for AC ...and that to me is not so nice in a boutique hotel. also the reception when you arrive pretty much you open the door and land in a reception that makes no justify to the elegance of the hotel, it look ugly and not classy and next to it a glasss door with another office full of books for book keeping or management a nice and classy reception that matches the hotel will really give another feeling when you arrive, Ill give a zero to the look of the reception . The hotel is really noice and charming , the stairs and the look is very elegant and chic only the reception area is horrible and not in style it doesn't match the place. enjoy we did

The hotel was really beatiful and unique, room was remarkable, big, clean, with high walls and comfortable bed. Staff, all the people working at this hotel were very nice and professional. At Louisa's place we experienced the highest level of service. The location was also great. The only thing that we would like to be changed is the temperature in the swimming pool. It should be a little bit warmer. Because of kids, I was looking only for hotel with pool so it was really important aspect for us. One little hint also about breakfast - it was enjoyable, lots of fresh and testy food, however there should be more vegetables, especially green food, like lettuce or rucola. Staff at breakfasy was also extremly nice and professional. In a nutshel, I can recommend this hotel and would like come back one day with my family (but please heat up a bit a pool!:)). We liked it all, but specificailly The staff is excellent, super attentive. We travel a lot but but were pleasently surprised by the staff especially. The rooms are large and roomy. Perfect for families Our room even had a kitchen which was nice for the kids we could have snacks in here (there's also a mini bar)s Pool/Spa area was very nice and kept clean and with clean towels. Attention to details such as fresh apples and Lime/lemon water in the "pool bar" were nice touches. Breakfast was delicious and since we were there over Easter, the hotel decorated with Easter-bunny chocolates at the table (and hung Easter Eggs by our room door on Easter Sunday - nice touch).

hard to fault anything at this hotel - maybe the location being far down the Ku'Damm we found a little uninspiring. While it is close ot he UBahn, the area itself is not too inspiring but a good place to start exploring Berlin from.

Very convenient location next to variety of public transport, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, etc. Spacious suite (2 adults, 1 teenage, 1 pre-school) - 1 decent bedroom and 1 big living room with very comfortable extendable sofa for our children. Nice kitchen accessible both from the living room and from the balcony, which on its part also accessible by the bedroom. The bathroom was enormous, access from corridor which allowed to be used by anyone w/o need to disturb someone sleeping. Staff was also very polite and helpful over our stay.

While one expects comfort and nice place from a hotel of this caliber, what truly set this place apart was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Traveling with kids is challenging, but the team went above to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

A lovely boutique hotel, staff really friendly, breakfast fantastic. Lovely room, very comfortable. Convenient for West Berlin shopping, sightseeing and business. We prefer to be in West Berlin when we stay, it’s more relaxing and genuine. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. I hope we be back.

Service was exceptional and took our needs into consideration at all times. The spa facilities were first class and we took full advantage of them. Locality around the hotel offers plenty of shopping opportunities.

I came with my two daughters to explore Berlin. The staff were so kind and welcoming from the minute we entered. They clearly wanted to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and went the extra mile for everything, from finding space in the parking garage for us, to turning on the Finnish sauna upon request, to even looking for and mailing back to us three dresses that we had left behind in the closet. The location was close to so many restaurants of every kind. This trip we were focused on seeing the famous sights, but next time we will definitely return to just relax and pamper ourselves in the beautiful and spacious room, excellent wellness and fitness center, and the neighborhood. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful room, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. Very attentive and friendly staff Great location on Kudamm and 100 meters from U-Bahn station.

The toiletries offered were not on par with the hotel standard - no conditioner or body lotion (may have been available on request, I did not ask). Small gym that felt stuffy as it was next to indoor pool.

Visiting family who lived nearby so the location was perfect for us. Small Balcony with the room was better than expected. Room was very clean with housekeeping daily. pool and steam room were very good with nobody there (fall) Kitchen was good. Beds and bathroom were very good. Front staff were very helpful in English.

We did not do the breakfast included option. Seemed expensive at $26 when you have a good kitchen in your room.
