Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with working out the parking Sunday night on the street (to save us 26 Euros) and Monday night in the garage. One could leave the car in the garage for a few hours after check out. Room was clean, but small. Hotel location was in Berlin Mitte, only about 20 minutes walk to the Brandenburger Tor.

The room was warm and there was only a portable vertical-stand cooling apparatus. Parking was expensive (26 Euro per night) relative to room cost (about 125 Euro/night). Garage has some tight squeezes, so one needs to be a very good, attentive driver. Breakfast charge at hotel was expensive, so we had breakfast at a small cafe less than 100 meters away (11.80 Euros for both of us).

The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to a main station hub and very close to the river with lots of restaurants. Hotel is very pretty with a lovely ivy covered courtyard. We had a courtyard facing room as requested on the 3rd floor, the room isn't huge but is very comfortable with a mini bar and a very nice shower. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel but it did seem very popular so we must assume it was good.

There was nothing we didn't like, we would definitely stay again in this lovely hotel in the most fabulous city.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at an accommodation in Berlin, and overall, my experience was quite satisfying. The room was very nice, clean, and well-arranged, which made my stay enjoyable. An important factor for me was the temperature of the space, as it was always very warm—ideal for the cold nights in the city. Additionally, hot water was always available, something I particularly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest some additional amenities, such as disposable slippers and hair conditioner, which would have made my stay even more comfortable.

The only negative aspect I encountered was the pillows, which were incredibly high and thick, making it difficult for me to sleep. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience was positive, and I would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

I couldn't get any hot water from reception or the bar on the first night as the coffee machine had been switched off. Staff on the desk when we were leaving weren't very friendly A bit noisy due to the restaurants and bars opposite our room but to be expected in a city I guess

The hotel is in the best location to stay in Berlin for visiting the sights and museums being a couple of minutes from friedrichstrasse station and the river Spree. The area has lots of bars and restaurants on a strip along the river so it is perfect for eating out in the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful and you can store your luggage. The courtyard is peaceful and pretty and popular for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. Very comfortable room.

The hotel was really nice. Large rooms, good sized bathroom. Very clean and in a great location to bars and restaurants and close to train station making it easy to navigate the city. The staff were so nice and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out as we had some events in the city to attend. Then we collected them later that evening. The room was warm and cosy with a great little view over a courtyard.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was pretty comfortable but it consisted of 2 single beds pushed together and it meant I couldn't cuddle with my partner at night as the beds would slide apart and I would fall between them!

Location was excellent. Price was fair. Reception staff were very mixed. Lovely gentleman in duty the day we arrived and lovely girl on duty thus morning when we were leaving c.

Lack of friendliness of reception staff during our stay. Each time we came back to the hotel, if there was a staff member at the front desk, not that there always was, they never even lifted their head to acknowledge us which raised the concern of security. The stairs is directly in front of the entrance and we just walked straight in and up the stairs. It did not seem very secure.

Great location, helpful staff, clean room. Restaurant with nice breakfasts, delicious lunches and a la carte menu. Spacious and bright rooms. Hotel is located close to the multiple restaurants, close to the transport, attractions but on a nice quiet street.

There were problems with the wi-fi signal in the room. But after reporting to the reception, the technical staff fixed the signal. I missed a tea and coffee station in the room. But we could always go down to the bar and the staff poured boiling water into our thermoses without any problems.

This was a good place to stay in Berlin. The location of the accommodation is good- close to the river, a lot of shops and restaurants, and walking distance to a station that can easily connect you to the airport. The room was good too- good sized windows to allow a lot of light in, decent sized room for 2 people and access to the basic amenities. The bathroom was clean and you also had access to sufficient toiletries. Easy access to a lift for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are polite and helpful.

The exchange of fresh air in the room was limited- it felt quite stuffy at night even though a fan was provided.

The room is clean and be prepared quite nice. The staff is also friendly. The location is close to a train station to airport and other places.

The Wi-Fi on the 4th floor is quite weak if you need to work a bit or even searching for some information. At night, during sleep, I can hear some noise from outside, I guess that is common for old buildings. The water is not stable when I took a shower, I turned to hot, but it was hot a bit before cold again for a while.
