Location was excellent. Plenty to do in the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars within a block or two. I quiet block in a vibrant neighborhood giving a guest the best of both worlds.

The cleaning person walked into my room without knocking or announcing themselves. I screamed at them out of shock. The breakfast was OK but not consistent quality. There wasn't enough sunlight in my room because the window was small and at a weird angle.

Central location with two underground stations in the vicinity to get you to where you want to be in town. Great beds, terrific pillows (two kinds/person). Very friendly staff. Not much facilities, but then again, what does one need when on city trip. Good breakfast. We were very happy to stay here!

I cant sleep in the single bed. Unfortunately the bed was not double even when i requested. And pillows are not really comfortable. And sheets go out from pillows very easily. I requested cleaning after 3 days. And when i back to hotel the room was still not done. After i request again they solve the problem. So no problem at all.

Location Easy to get the Bus M46 to Zoologisher Garten and from there, anywhere Very clean and really confortable Big tv screen A lot of pubs all around

We didn t have a mini fridge Possible, only our room to face this problem. We didn t mind, because we were all day long away

The hotel had everything I needed: good location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. The breakfast was great, too. If you’re looking for a hotel in Berlin’s Schoenberg district, this is one of your best options.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom, location is good to enjoy the local nightlife,breakfast was great.Well sized room for solo travellers.

WiFi can be a little unstable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Berlin. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I was especially impressed with the breakfast – great variety and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine

Location was great and the room was more than satisfactory. Great shower room. Comfortable bed and a quiet hallway. Around the corner from bars and a nice LGBT cafe

The AC was on cool. But didn't need it as the room was in perfect temperature.

The single lift is ridiculously slow ;) stairs provide daily cardio ;) Shower poorly designed , flooded bathroom after each shower

Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable to sleep in and the room was a good temperature for sleeping. Some noise from outside but not enough to stop me sleeping. Close to 2 U-Bahn stations.

Area is lacking in things to do so if you're looking for somewhere to stay as a holiday there are better locations, however there is good transport nearby.
