The room was even better than what we expected from the pictures. Very large and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was also big and working very well. The AC was amazing - most nights we were freezing because we underestimated just how well it would work. But the real star of this hotel is the staff: everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. We had a couple of issues with the room (very minor and common stuff), and the staff fixed it immediately. A perfect stay, really.

As mentioned, we had a couple of issues with the room: a light switch was not working when we came in, and the mini-fridge we had expected to see was not in the room. However, we got in touch with the staff both times and both issues were fixed instantly. Just perfect service.

I was mistakenly sent up to a room that wasn’t yet ready due to an error on their booking system, however the staff could not have been more apologetic and helpful, and offered me an upgrade free of charge, I also chose to pay extra for breakfast for the duration of my stay, which was a bit more than I would normally pay for a breakfast upgrade but I didn’t regret it as it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! Worth every penny!

Would have appreciated a mini fridge or just some way to keep drinks cool in the room as it was summer and quite warm but the room was exceptional even without!

The outward appearance of the hotel was nice and the layout of the room was appealing.

The room was dusty, the mirror in the bathroom was full of cracks, I'd paid for a room upgrade but the couch was stained and the bedsheets had a hole in them, not really what you expect for €100 a night. Don't be deceived buly the pics of the rooms, had booked a deluxe room but it was more like a standard room with a couch squeezed in. I also purchased a late checkout upgrade but on returning to the room to freshen up and grab our bags we were locked out. In the evenings there were prostitutes on the street, a strip club a couple of doors down and a massive sex shop. Not a great area. The Quentin Boutique hotel is in a much nicer location.

Not having pool or sauna

Good facilities, nice room and friendly staff. It's near from public transport and not very far from some interesting areas, like Brandeburgen Tor or Tiergarten.

Not very clean (there was dust in the furniture when we arrived), the first day they only left us one big towel for two guests and one day of our stay we asked for room cleaning and nobody came and it was not cleaned up, so I had to go down to the front desk and ask at least for fresh towels. If it hadn't been for this, I would have ranked the place with a 10 without a doubt.

We upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room, and the room was lovely. Big room in a quiet rear facing room (with a nice view over the small park) on the first floor. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed for a great sleep. The breakfast was continental buffet with a very good selection, including scrambled egg, bacon, sausage etc. The location of the hotel is good for sightseeing. Several (underground) U Bahn stations no too far away - the closest being Kurfürstenstraße Station

The bar is closed on Sundays (as are many shops and stores) and it was also closed on onday

On arrival asked for room cleaning every day. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Everything we wanted at breakfast, fruit, cereals, cooked food, bread, rolls, pancakes & more. Friendly helpful staff & a 10 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz. An excellent Croation restaurant 2 minutes away. Glass of "Fizz" on arrival. Definitely 4*.

No restaurant (except for breakfast) & bar not open on Monday night. A tip - put a bath towel at the entrance of the shower to stop the bathroom flooding

•The automation of the room worked in a strange way.The A/C sometimes was working ,sometimes no ,with closed windows and correct target setpoint. •Housekeeping buttons are not connected online so you have to inform reception about room cleaning . • Lack of laundry service • Minibar only upon request. • Lack of in room F&B services • Last the reception ladies should be more responding to clients and welcoming ,instead of answering with one word .

The hotel is located in a good location, the staffs are amazing. Especially Vivian, the receptionist who was very professional and helpful in any needs. My original room was nice, but the AC unit was making a lot of noise, so she upgraded my room with no additional cost. She was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there next time I'm in town.

- Da lift button doesn not indicate It has been pressed & I had to keep on clicking repeatedly for over 5 minutes everytime to finally enter da lift - Platforms such as youtube do not connect at all sometimes - Da AC was not working
