The location is convenient - a 10-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and close to public transport stops (bus, U-bahn). The hotel looks modern and clean, the area around the reception is cozy with sofas, a chessboard, and a water station. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices for vegetarians.

The fire alarm and full hotel evacuation around 6am was not pleasant. Despite them saying that they clean rooms every 2 days, our room was not cleaned. We ran out of shower gel and toilet paper, and despite them promising to restock them asap, we had to go back and ask for them twice. No kettle or fridge in room.

Great hotel with a tasty breakfast and convenient location We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent! While the selection wasn’t huge, everything we enjoy was available: delicious coffee, various teas, juices, and fresh food. The breakfast area is elegantly decorated and very pleasant to sit in. The hotel’s location is another big advantage. The metro, bus stop, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and nice. There is also a paid parking option, which is convenient for those traveling by car.

Nice hotel, but with a few drawbacks We booked a standard room. The room was small, which wasn’t a problem for us. However, the bed felt a bit tight for two people, and we really missed having an extra pillow. A refrigerator would have been a big plus. We stayed during some very hot days, and of course we wanted to drink cool water — but without a fridge, the water warmed up quickly in the room. That was one of the few downsides.

very clean, the room had everything it needed, there was free water and tee, it had a safe box which worked really well, the wardrobe was enough for 2 people (there were both shelves and hangers) the room was very small but for couples it was enough to stay there comfortably. the location was a little further from the main touristic zones, but it was a very quiet area located next to a beautiful park and there was a train station approximately 7 minutes by foot which made traveling through the city very easy.

first day we stayed our room lock stopped working, so we had to change rooms which was a little inconvenient. also i underlined that i want a king bed not 2 small beds which was applied in the first room, but when they transferred us to the second room there were 2 separate small beds so even after joining them a gap was created during the night which made the sleep a little less comfortable. the hotel is located next to train rails which made the passing trains a little loud but it is underlined in the description so it wasn’t such a problem.

The aircon was cold. The bed was comfortable. Big TV. Kettle in the room. There’s a small couch to relax a bit after a long day. A bit of space and windows. I was staying by myself in the room with a queen bed. It’s in a nice quiet residential area near a park, and close to a train station, about 3-5 mins walk. Breakfast was okay. I had better ones. This is a hotel but with a bit of a hostel vibe.

The reception/concierge area is small. Only 2 counters for check in and check out. The people at the reception were not nice and friendly. Check in time is 3pm. We were there 245pm and they made us wait till 3pm even if the rooms were already ready. They were not even apologetic about it. The total bathroom size is tiny but the shower area was big and spacious. The train passes by the hotel room. I can see it. It doesn’t bother me. Just FYI. I can hear it a bit but it also doesn’t bother me.

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. Even though the metro runs right next to our room, it wasn't too loud or disturbing. The staff was also very friendly. Also the location is good. With the metro, you can get to main tourist sights pretty easily.

The design of the shower room was pretty bad. The main problem is that the shower space is not separated from the rest of the restroom. Even though there was a curtain to prevent water spraying everywhere, it was slippery on the ground in the whole room after shower. You need to be extra careful not to fall when you brush your teeth or go to toilet.

Had a comfortable stay, thanks to the great room allocation. Staff is international, welcoming and always happy to assist. Great location and walking distance or 2 stops away from Potsdamer Platz. Breakfast spread is excellent and must try. I like the overall vibe of the hotel and have already stayed there twice. I would be happy to come back to the hotel again.

The hotel rooms are very artsy and very Berlin. It would be nice if they added a small table to go with the lounge chair for working remotely. a small spotlight above the sofa area in the room would avoid the dark corner. Please also add electricity point for water kettle in the cupboard where it is kept.

Great location by a nice park that was full of families and the metro station. There was also a big outdoor bar across the park. In the hotel there was a great gym with CrossFit bars (sadly I didn’t have time to try it), and the staff were kind and gave me a kettle for the room.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no small fridge. I asked on the front desk and they were very nice and gave me a kettle, but I got the impression they weren’t always available, and I still had no mugs, spoon etc. Not a big deal at all, but just FYI !

Very comfortable bed and blackout curtains/sound proofing is a fantastic touch. We weren't bothered by the trains at all. In fact, the location was perfect. Very close to the station with mutliple lines to get you across Berlin. Also with BRLO around the corner and a lovely green space with a trampoline park. We felt we were almost staying with the locals and families in a peaceful community.

Reception staff could have smiled a little during interactions but they were always helpful with whatever we needed so can't complain. Gym could have used some AC or a fan in the summer.

Nice hotel, close to the center of Berlin. Quiet area. Renovated room and pretty clean. We have booked a room with a terrace, which was amazing, but unfortunately it was so cold outside that we didn’t even have a chance to enjoy it. The room was rather small, even though it had a bath ( which we didn’t want nor need) so would rather have an extra space for sitting, like a chair and table for example. We didn’t have much space for the suitcases in the end. What wasn’t nice is that the water is constantly changing from hot to cold while showering, which is impossible to control or keep the temperature steady. Also no coffee machine in the room, unfortunately. Breakfast was good, nice coffee. Unfortunately also no coffee machine in the lobby to have a cup of coffee during the day. Overal we were happy with the stay.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, magnificent breakfast, amazing beds and linien, loved the design of the room and hotel and quality of furniture, gym is also good! close to numerous public transport, possibilities, great international places 2 eat south as well as coffee Shops, very close to sights and Mall Berlin. Wish my kids would hv been with -Gleisdreieckpark and surrounding playgrounds are impressive (all ages!)
