The staff were polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent by all means, it was located on a vibrant street where there is a nearby bus station, and it was not far from Bonn Central. The breakfast was good. As for my room, I found it excellent and neat, however, I found two bugs on my bed in my very first night. It could be the weather and nature of the city, so I cannot entirely blame the cleaning staff :) I did not report this to the hotel. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if there was a water kettle, and normal drinking water (instead of mineral/sparkling water). I have one more comment regarding the hotel entrance. I found it difficult moving my heavy luggage to the entrance and I had to carry them through the stairs, as there was no ramp to roll them. Perhaps the hotel should consider accessibility too in this regard. Again, thanks a lot, I enjoyed my stay very much, and I will recommend it to new commers of my colleagues and friends.

I like staying in the President Hotel. The size of the room is nice, the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind, and the location is also nice. It was my second time and I liked my stay very much again. I would prefer to stay here whenever I visit Bonn.

If you are planning to visit the city, you may need to use transportation to the centre but reachable by walk. Sometimes there can be loud depending on which side your room is and other guests (this can be anywhere). I prefer here also because it is close to the university but the price could have been a little less even if it can be on average for Bonn.

Great room with really comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Regular supply of lemon-mint water and fresh apples. Located in the walkable-bikeable university part of Bonn. Near cafes, restaurants, grocery.

The breakfast buffet was nice but (at 20 Euros) quite expensive. There was no mini fridge or hotpot in the room, so you really had to go out for all your food.

(1) The property had private parking which made life a lot easier. (2) The breakfast selection was quite varied but it took really long for certain items to be re-stocked.

There wasn’t anything particularly negative. The only minor inconveniences were (1) that there was no ironing board in the room; (2) the in-room safe didn’t work; and (3) it took really long to re-stock certain breakfast items.

Extremely comfortable room with beautiful view of the clock tower. Directly next to several excellent dining options and a convenience store. The staff was kind and helpful. Great deal for the price and location.

The "single bed" is two mattresses pushed together, although this didn't cause any problems. The shower door is a bit strange to use and easily spreads water on the bathroom floor if you aren't strategic.

I had a perfect little stay. Everything was clean, very very comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also great, not hard to find. If you peak your nose outside of the hotel, there's already a little cosmos waiting for you - plenty of shops and cafes around, even a tourist attraction nearby.

Great location on the main Popplesdorf street next to restaurants and bars, with a very neighbourhoody feel. Very clean room and building throughout. Easy access parking underneath the hotel.

Was in a room by the lift, so heard this occasionally through the walls, but nothing that distrurbed. Slightly dated reception and breakfast area, but all functioned very well.

Decent, mid-range business hotel lifted by its location in leafy Poppelsdorf. Easy access to the city centre and lots of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity.

The building and rooms aren't going to win any prices for aesthetics. But functional enough. It's Bonn, so don't expect to get a bargain.

This is a clean hotel with basic but decent facilities in a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Basics missing like tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The hotel entrance and corridors also feel quite dated.
