The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Housemaking was also perfect. We enjoyed complimentary welcome beverages in the minibar very much.

Although the hotel was a short walking distance away from a tram and a bus stations, it was a bit far from the city center (taking ca. 20 min). There were no stores (e.g. supermarkets) near the hotel. But instead, the area was very quiet, so if you want to enjoy such atmosphere, this hotel may be the perfect choice.

Every stay in this hotel has been nice so far. Always friendly staff. Always clean rooms. Amazing view on the city. Automatic blinds to darken the room at night, so the lights of the city don't disturb your sleep. Free mini bar with a few different drinks. Shower and toilet are separated and isolated from the rest of the room. Enough light and space. Gym and sauna are offered for free.

Late check-in time. Only cable television, no Netflix or Youtube. Very thin walls, so if your neighboors are being loud, you practically hear everything.

I loved the customer care and service, we ordered a pizza late at night and they were kind enough to call our room when it arrived. We also used the sauna and felt very relaxed in it

When we first arrived we were told the sky lounge was open and we could still pop up for a drink but when we took the elevator up the whole floor was a construction zone. We found out later that the sky lounge was actually closed for repairs.

The views were incredible and it was conveniently located near some nice restaurants. Greggor Cafe nearby was a lovely working spot with great coffee as well! And this hotel was a nice 30 min walk from the old town, which you definitely have to check out!

The beds… so comfortable!! The pillows, the sheets, everything about the beds made for a supreme nights sleep — great for a busy week. The staff were very friendly as well. My company made a mistake with the booking and I had to work with them to rearrange my accommodations a bit. They were all very helpful and understanding!

I stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá in Düsseldorf Hafen and it was really good. The staff's prompt handling of my early check-in showcased excellent service. The breakfast on the top floor had an amazing view. The hotel's location, while not in a touristy area, is well-suited for business trips. Overall, it's a top pick for a comfortable and efficient stay in Düsseldorf.

The room service options for vegetarians were quite limited, although they were willing to adjust a salad to make it vegetarian. Additionally, during my stay, there were technical issues with the lift that caused some confusion. Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience was generally satisfactory.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location is fantastic. With the tram stop being so close, getting around was incredibly convenient. The room itself was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could need. The view from the room was simply stunning, adding an extra touch of beauty to the stay. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, and the bonus of having a great restaurant with a view was the cherry on top. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I was in the Innside suite. The room was clean, simple, and well kept. It was of the size as shown in the photographs. The breakfast was good

When I reach the hotel, which was around 10 PM, the key to my room was not working, apparently, because of an upgrade, I had to visit the reception at least five times, before the manager was involved, and I was given the key. Apparently, when we were not in the room, a key maker Was called. Several people open the room in our absence and and in this entire process, I lost a beautiful Michael Kors wallet with money and all my cards in it. While I do it really don’t wish to blame the hotel staff for this. The key not working experience was really not up to the mark, and this is making us believe and think all kind of things

The parking too expensive I only stay in the night as I was working on the messe exhibition. I understand you know when going in and going out with the remote control your staff gave me. In the end I had to pay a full day.

My husband and I booked this hotel for three nights and another two nights later. My husband is recovering from a stroke, so having a quiet room with a good view was essential for his rest. When we checked in on August 14th, I requested such a room from the front desk officer, who kindly accommodated our needs. We stayed in room 702 and enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay. We did not opt for breakfast in our booking, as my husband had difficulty going to the 16th floor. Instead, we ordered breakfast in our room for two mornings, which was excellent. The staff were attentive and refilled the complimentary drinks we received for our stay. We had no issues during those first three nights at the hotel. However, our experience differed for the next two nights, which I will review separately.

The view could have been more impressive. This marks our second stay at this hotel, and the stunning view we experienced during our first stay motivated us to choose this hotel again.

Great location, good transport links and within walking distance of the Altstadt and Euro 24 fanzones. The sky lounge is great at night with fantastic views right across the city.

Requested 3 twin rooms and got 3 double rooms. Hotel unable to change as they had none left. The request was made months in advance and slightly ruined our visit.
