I really appreciate the fact that check-out is by 12 noon! I also really appreciate the fact that you offer smoothies for breakfast. But in my opinion, the buffet selection could be wider. The room is as I expected and the bed is really very comfortable! The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really good. The value for money is good too!

Only a couple of things to improve on: you need to warn guests that the restaurant is closed on Sundays: keep in mind that not everywhere is obvious that it is closed on Sundays. When I arrived, I was told: 'Our restaurant is ALWAYS open!'. Frankly, to me the word 'always' means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I really appreciate the fact that check-out is by 12 noon! However, please make it clear to your room-maid not to disturb guests before check-out time.

As a famıly with 11th month baby we re very very glad that had an opportunity to stay in this hotel, ıt was amazıng experience very comfortable hotel wıth all servises but especially ıts very unique with its Work Team fırst of all we would lıke to Thank very very much Mr. Demuri and Ms. Anna, who were so helpful so attantive every min.of our stay and made our stay so comfortable with baby they did their best! appraciate their professional attitude to work, also thanks to other members of team : Ana, elene , on the other hand Laura she was so sweat attantive to baby, Enya and the other reception team also very very kind and helpful for every time. We advice all who haven't stayed before in this hotel to try once this amazing hospitality :) especially families with babies ❤️

The breakfast spread was decent but not according to my expectations. The items for vegetarians were few and there was little variety. Some items from Indian cuisine which are popular in Germany/Europe could be added. A couple of sweet items could also be added. The room was well appointed though the bathroom should be private i.e. covered as As an Asian I am not used to bathing in an open bathroom. The location is excellent and within walking distance of most important locations in the city.

I have written about the bathroom. Though there was a coffeemaker yet no electric kettle. Lots of travellers now like tea instead of coffee at various times of the day/night. There is no seating for the people waiting to check-in. A few seats could be provided though I feel the spoace limitation is there.

Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciated the early breakfast pre ironman and the help from the concierge getting parked up when we arrived. Thanks also to Kelly at breakfast who was so friendly and thoughtful. The food at the restaurant was great and the mini self serve shop was really useful.

Unfortunately one of the lifts was out which made it a bit tricky getting bikes up to our room. Minor issue compared to the great experience we had.

The hotel is very well located, at a walkable distance from the Altstadt and the commercial district. You can self check in and out, however there is always staff present to help you in case you have any difficulties and they are very attentive and friendly. The rooms have good space, the bathroom and shower are very nice and work very well. The place was very clean. You can have breakfast at the property and it is very good, with many alternatives. An excellent choice when in Frankfurt.

The hotel is very nicely located, within a stone's throw from river front and walking distance from main shopping areas. The breakfast spread is quite sumptuous and rooms are tidy and well-maintained. The property has elevators which is a great relief if you have luggage to carry. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay.

The bathroom is only covered with transparent glass partition which was not to our liking.

Excellent breakfast, very good staff; very good bartender.

When I checked in, I tried to switch to a different credit card. I was told "No, do this when you check out." When I tried to do this at checkout, I was told "No, too late. The card has already been charged." It wasn't even checkout time yet! The hotel further explained that the guy who checked me in forget to make a note that I wanted to change. This left me with a poor impression of Fleming.

the breakfast was really good. the staff was very accommodating considering everyone is in a rush in the morning before the fair. love the location, very peaceful and beautiful. the gym and sauna were nice and the timing were perfect.

the heating in the room was not working well. it was not unbearable but could be better. also, would be nicer if it wasn't a cashless hotel.

We stayed for 4 days when visiting our daughter. The hotel is ideally placed by the River & the City Centre. Staff members Frans & Kelly were particularly outstanding with their customer service . The Gym,Sauna & Steam Room, were great, as well as the Rainshower in the Fitness Suite.

A small point re the room shower. I can see where people who are just sharing the bedroom as well as some couples might find the shower a little (too public) for them.

We had a great stay at Flemmings Riverside Frankfurt. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, our dog was very welcome and she loved it too. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The mini-market in the foyer was a great addition to get water and snacks. While there was no chef for the restaurant in the evening, the provision of fresh pizza and pasta was great - it was some of the best pizza we have had. Breakfast was really good (the eggs were great). Location was great, a 10 minute walk to Frankfurt centre and 10 minutes to the old town. Being right on the river was good to walk the dog along the river walk. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We stayed here before flying from Frankfurt Airport (15 min drive) and it was so much easier and better value for money, than staying at the airport itself. We will stay here again and look forward to it.
