The building is quite unique, breakfast was of good quality, room was very spacious and had great skyline views over Frankfurt. Staff were very nice and professional. Beds were very comfortable and facilities, like spa and pool, were very complete and not busy at all.

Room had a weird smell, as if someone had smoked in it. The lifts broke down in the day of checkout so we had to do a total of 26 floors by the stairs! Minor point finally, the wooden floors in the room were full of scratches around the bedside tables, a bit unbecoming of a 4-star hotel.

The rooms were good size, clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and the bar was great. The gym was lovely and used regularly. It was also a short 20min walk from the Christmas market and town.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, including a sink, 2 ring hob and microwave, although there were plates and crockery there was no pans, cooking utensils, chopping board or washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel that are usually provided in these types of rooms. The staff did bring a pan and big spoon. It would be great if it could have been better equipped. We would love to stay again, but would really appreciate a better equipped kitchen Also the carpark associated with the hotel is double the cost of one next to the Rewe supermarket about 100m away.

This hotel was very nice and a very welcomed time as I was travelling for work and had already been on the go for a couple of weeks. I took the metro from Frankfurt Main, and it was very simple, there are several stations nearby, and it only takes about 5-8 min to walk from the station to the hotel. Nearby, you can find restaurants, parks, pharmacies and also a couple grocery stores, so it is all very convenient. The hotel was extremely helpful, and get the extra mile to get me an early checking, after my flight itineraries were quite ahead of schedule and I arrived at the hotel 3 hours earlier than expected. My room was quite big, with enough space for me to work remotely, and also have a good rest.

Inside the room, there’s a small tray with coffee, tea, sugar, etc. When I asked the room service staff for more coffee bags, the person entered my room, which I didn’t like. I expected them to simply hand me a few coffee bags at the door. Even better, they could have exchanged the entire tray without entering— I could have handed over my half-empty tray, and they could have given me a complete one at the door. My suggestion is to do this without entering the room.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and professional. Especially Joël. The room was spacious. I loved the bathtube and the view from the room. The location is great.

The waiters at breakfast could pay more attention to the customer. It is small things. Instead of apologising for interrupting while take away empty plates, it would be better to ask, if we are enjoying the breakfast or make a bit of friendly small talk. Also the technic of picking up the empty dishes can be improved. It was very noisy, adding to the perception of being interrupted and disturbed every 10min. Some additional amnities at the wellness area would be nice. I. E. infused water, tea, fruits. The choice at breakfast was good, but the presentation can be better. It missed the little extra flair. Some facilities need maintenance i. e. the changing room could not be properly locked. All in all just minor inconveniences. I am looking forward to come back.

The room was spacious and nice to be in with a separate seating corner and the kitchenette. Very neat personnel, taking time for you. Breakfast was served as expected with a good choice of food and drinks. View over the Main river and remarkably silent considering the location. Many small restaurants on walking distance. Public transport just 5 minute walk away.. I can surely recommend this hotel!!

Bathroom has this typical US water tap in the bath/shower instead of a water tap as usual in Germany. it takes ages to set it from deadly scalding to normal temperatures The shower head cannot go higher than eye height... that's a challenge for me as an average height European of 1.85m.... It was all not disastrous, but it just caused some discomfort.

Great room! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was amazing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The sauna was a nice touch for relaxation.

Room service could improve by handing me the coffee tray at the door without entering my room—I could give them the half-empty tray and receive a fresh one in return.

The hotel is very central easy to reach everything on foot. Room size was nice, although it looks bigger on the pictures. Great shower pressure, good breakfast, friendly personnel.

The room was a little dated and needed an upgrade. A lot of scratches on the floor and walls could be easily fixed with some paint and polish. The windows and curtains were dirty. Coffee cups were also not clean. Only granulated coffee in the rooms. Generally, if someone with a sense of ownership looked into the room, they would be able to see a lot of details that could be easily fixed in a hotel of this category. However, if only basic cleaning is done, it declines overtime and the price becomes unjustified.

Amazing staff! Amin at the restaurant, Oli and Anik at the reception were very welcoming. Deniz in room service was nice, responsive, and quick with our orders. Room was bigger than expected, lots of windows, great view! Close to Sachsenhausen, which is very nice and convenient.

The AC did not work properly. So it got slightly hot in the room when it was hot inside.

The receptionist was extremely engaging and made it easy to settle in. The hotel is in a wonderful location - right next to the Main river, with a spectacular view of downtown Frankfurt including both the old town n the foreground and the skyscapers in the background. The river is well used by all kinds of ships, boats and water sport enthusiasts and the walk along the bank gave us the feeling of being in a much smaller city. We were fortunate to be there during a Wine Festival on a balmy evening and the city seemed to be mesmerised by lilting sounds of different types of music and a healthy youthful vibe all along "Frissgasse". Because one of our group has been a lifelong keen photographer, we requested access to the rooftop terrace and got far more than we bargained for in terms of the a truly specttacular evening city lights scene.

Would have preferred a separate shower, rather than a shower over the bath. More thought could have been put into the room design - the massive empty space in the main room of the Junior Suite is essentially wasted, After visiting the roof top terrace, it took us a while and the somewhat nervous experience of walking down the back stairs to work out that our keycards would not work in the floors above 20.
