Daniela front desk helped us when our AC was not working to set us up with new rooms. The initial manager we asked to help us just ‘mansplained’ me how to use the AC but didn’t actually check if it was working and left us to sleep on two hot rooms one night for no reason after our super long trip. I did not appreciate how he didn’t really seem interested to address our concerns. But Daniela was amazing when I went the next day to ask her about the room temperature we were experiencing. I really appreciate her. Someone should make HER the manager. She actually cares about people and you can tell and she will go out of her way for you. The next day the other manager really went above and beyond to take care of us and even invited us to dinner. That was very nice and we really appreciated that! Food was excellent at hotel and location was the best!

We were upgraded to a prestige suite, which was beautiful and so spacious. The service was wonderful. All staff were attentive and friendly. The location was great, very close to main sites and luxury shopping. Breakfast had lots of food options. There was a buffet and a la carte menu. Anne from concierge was so helpful in organizing our day trip to Heidelberg. Room service and housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. I got a great massage at the spa. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was great!

We stayed in Frankfurt because our plane was cancelled and we had to stay overnight, with Luthansa committed to reimburse us for accommodations. The hotel was centrally located in old Frankfurt, with great walking/biking trails, beautiful old buildings and a cobblestone square and alleys with all kinds of outdoor eating (the chocolat patisseries were especially awesome). There were street violinists and both young and old people were jitterbugging outside in the town square and above the opera house steps in the evening -- the atmosphere was lively. The hotel rooms are large, quiet and well-furnished, and the hotel beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was an enormous indoor pool and spa center. We didn't eat breakfast because we had to leave so early, but I'm sure it was sumptuous. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

The elevators were hard to figure out, and I saw other older people having issues with them, too. You needed to do something like hit a button to choose the group of floors you were going to, hit the elevator button, and then hit another button to choose your floor (or something like that.) The staff always rushed over to help when guests had problems, but if you had issues upstairs, you'd have to rely on other guests.. I would suggest the hotel print out small cards in its most popular languages that explain how to use them and give them to guests upon their arrival.

The location is perfect. Everything is within reach. Parks, opera, luxury brand boutiques and very good restaurants. The Spanish Lady at the reception made my day by slowing late checkout. Kudus to all the very well trained staff that are always so friendly. We will be back for sure.

I was “upgraded” from “Superior Suit King” to “Suit Opera” that was suppose to overlook the park but instead I got the opera house view. Now that would have been fine but the fact that I had no WiFi connection in the bedroom was not pleasant at all as my 5 year old daughter is sways on the iPad. The gentleman at the reception tried his best to fix the issue or even have plan B for us but we were just too tired to deal with all that after. A 7 hour drive from switzerland.

Spa is no good, no hot tub, indoor swimming pool is cold and not meant for leisure only swim and no good relaxing areas anywhere, 30 minutes maximum and you wish to go out from there. No comfortable place to sit in your own room even tough I took junior suite. the room just not inviting to stay Very overpriced during exhibition time!

Location wise it was perfect. The staff were very professional and friendly. I loved everything about this hotel and their hospitality. breakfast had many varieties and quality was to my satisfaction, their staff remembered how Iike my coffee and as soon as I get there my coffee was brought to me. in total my favorite place and for sure I will go back again.

Professional staff. Very attentive. Nice bar downstairs. Tasty black coffee. Nice pillows, great location near little park. Can book a nanny in the hotel.

Bad Internet. I couldn't get in you tube for all the days I stayed there. My mobile Internet was working fine. And also had issues to open apps and certain websites, like airlines. The bed was extremely soft. In my opinion it's too much, but probably other people like to drawn in their mattresses)) pillows are comfortable, very soft bedding, nice feeling. So my baby couldn't crawl on the bed because it was too sofr, I was scared he will suffocate in there. But it's OK, I put small blanket and towel on the floor by the window and baby was playing very safe on the floor.

The property was super clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were really friendly to us. The bar downstairs had everything you needed and the service was really good. The location is perfect.

Honestly, I really can’t think of anything as our stay was just fantastic. Everything went really well.

Practically everything: cleaness, location, staff, comfort, staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is located by a beautiful park that crosses the city up to the river Aim. The hotel is next to the Alter Opera with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

The bed. For such a great hotel, the mattress could be newer. There were 2 holes on it, where the bodies lay down to sleep.

Breakfast can be confusing. A menu is presented with all the warm items that can be ordered which also has a price next to it. So we were not sure if the breakfast included these warm items or it was something that you had to pay on top.
