We loved the location and were thrilled to be placed in the exact first-floor room we had hoped for—whether by luck or careful consideration! The quality of the amenities was outstanding, from the well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious shower, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Every request we made to the service team was promptly addressed. The apartment's design, quality, and cleanliness truly exceeded our expectations.

We were disappointed that we had to wait outside in the cold with a baby to receive the keys. I had also written several times after booking, specifically requesting the first-floor room to ensure we’d be placed there, but I never received a response. Fortunately, we ended up in the room I’d hoped for, though it may have been by chance. Clear communication confirming our request would have made the experience much more reassuring.

Good location in quiet street near the Alta Oper. Suite was spacious.

The rooms were looking a little- marks on floor and the curtains didn’t close properly. Also coffee machine didn’t appear to work. Asked for additional pillows which were promised but never arrived. Finally when we went to check in there was no one at reception so couldn’t enter the building. Tried ringing the telephone number given but no answer. Rang alternative number who referred me back to the reception number. Eventually a resident let us in and we waited for a further 5 mins for someone to arrive.

The location was perfect. It was close to public transport and walkable to restaurants while still being quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. We were less than a block from the Sofitel and I’m sure our two apartments were less per night than one room there.

I realize that the property caters more to longer term/business guests but it was difficult not having staff available in the evening or at the weekend. Because we had two apartments we couldn’t use the electronic key app which meant we had to call security when we arrived. This left us standing on the doorstep for about 10 minutes.

What we really liked about the apartment is that it was comfortably warm, which was nice especially when it’s coldish outside. We also appreciate fresh towels every day. We rented a one bedroom apartment, number 18, it has quite a big balcony with a door in the sitting room and in the bedroom which is convenient, the bedroom is comfortable and there is enough space near the bed if you need a crib for a baby, the sitting room is quite nice, has everything you might need for this money. The kitchen is ok. The bathroom is comfortable. The location is Westend which is basically the Center of most attractions if you come to visit them and it is a business centre too, at the same time the building with apartments situated in a quiet residential area, therefore at night no noise from the streets, so I guess everyone can find what he/she likes. Parking: it was said in the confirmation email parking spaces are limited, but we never had to look for a space, we stayed for 4 days and always parked a car just beside the building. Staff is nice, thank you for changing the bedding when we had a little accident)

Sleepers and forks would be nice to have. We never asked for forks cuz I didn’t feel well for cooking but otherwise I would ask😀

Shower bathtub and the curtain.. horrible.. no matter how carefully you close the stupidly designed curtain glass, water spills out on the bathroom floor significantly. Cleaning done was poor.. sleepers are out of stock TV is very old.. no smart features at all. The living room sliding door to the air could not be open, making it confined, although the bedroom balcony is airy and nice.. but the seating is at the living room balcony making it useless

Big space, nice Balcony, Good location and the service was friendly.

The reception is open only until 20:00 and is completely closed during the weekends. That can make things a bit difficult, specially when you need any assistance or changes regarding your booking/room. It would be good if they would mention, that the complementary mini breakfast that they offer (which is as it self very nice) is where the reception at, which means that during the weekend, they don’t offer it.

The apartment itself was a suge a large space. We were on the top floor which had an amazing wrap around balcony which had relaxing views. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and we really used it. Great location in the city, even though we had a car we found it really central and luckily always got parking right outside the door.

We were very happy with everything and will definitely stay here again when we are in Frankfurt.

The address we were given, was not the apartment address where we were to stay, but their ‘ other’ location. That was inconvenient as we took a taxi to the incorrect location. I understand where there are multiple sites, the management likes to have flexibility for bookings, but I thought that was poor form. (Having said that the manager helped correct it by having our luggage delivered to the correct address).

The location is good, next to the old opera. You can walk to Romer, Altstadt in 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's coffee, tea, cupcakes and fruit at the reception, which are included in the price. The balcony is nice and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need.

Laundry room is on the fifth floor, but it only works if you download an app and make payment through the app. The A/C is a portable unit that has to be vented out a window. Therefore, the balcony door must remain open at all times so the large vent hose can send the heat outside. Not very practical and extremely noisy! Reception closes at 5:00pm and remains closed during the weekend.

This was one of the best recent apartments that we stayed in. Extremely clean, large and perfect located. The staff was really polite and responsive. You have there everything that you need for your stay.

The application for checkin was not working properly, but the staff was reachable via phone, so they arrived pretty fast to provide the keys. Maybe something that could be enhanced is the response via chat/messages.
