The location is perfect. It is far enough away from the train station for peace and quiet, and close enough to be 10 - 15 minute stroll away from the main train station. The hotel ( room and everywhere else ) is absolutely spotless, there was no dirt / dust anywhere in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was included in the price, and included something to cater for all tastes ( the quality was faultless ) The room was light, airy and immaculately maintained. The staff were most polite, helpful and efficient. We are extremely happy with the value for money that we received. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay here during our city break, and when we travel to Hamburg again, we will be sure to stay here again.

Overall, the hotel offered great value for the money spent. The facilities were well-kept and comfortable, especially the small gym which was a pleasant surprise and perfect for a quick workout. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

The windows in the room were noticeably dirty and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, giving the impression they hadn’t been touched since the 1800s.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Hampton was good the rooms and service were as expected. However, the breakfast was below the standard I’m used to at Hilton hotels, which was a bit disappointing.

The bigger downside is the surrounding environment. The hotel is located near a drug hotspot, and at night there were people sleeping on the street in front of nearby shops. This took away from the overall comfort of the stay.

Getting to the hotel is quite easy from the airport. After coming to the center with the S1 line, you take the 112 line bus, go 3 stops and get off in front of the hotel. The breakfast is quite filling and open buffet, so we did not have breakfast outside the hotel. Staff are helpful. Although the rooms are not spacious, they are functionally designed. In this way, our room also has a sofa for 2 people. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner etc. available in the room. The rooms are very clean. Although it is a budget hotel, the Hilton brand meets the basic requirements. The air conditioning of the room was also very successful, we did not need to change its settings during our stay. Since we stayed on the 9th floor, it was very quiet even though we were facing the front street. It is also very easy to reach touristic places from the hotel. You can reach everywhere with bus lines 112 or 3.

The hotel's parking lot is paid and costs €24 per day. It's quite expensive compared to the surroundings. There is no mini refrigerator in the rooms. As a result, you can't keep your food and drinks cool.

The location: Hotel is located about 2km from the Miniature Wonderland. It's a quiet area, but there aren't many restaurant options nearby. Other than that, it's a very good choice. The hotel: Room was spacious and clean. The cleaning service was great. The breakfast was good and the variety of food was ok. The blueberry waffles were delicious. The hotel offers its own parking and it's very convenient. The staff: All staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great service.

Only thing I didn't like was the Bathroom with sliding doors

Very nice and accommodating staff, both at the front desk and at breakfast. Rooms were tidy and generally comfortable, with two negatives: the extra bed was terribly uncomfortable and the to didn’t have Germany’s flagship to channel, Das Erste, causing us to miss the final in the Euros. Overall the hotel is modern and nice, but the area is a little bit off. Especially around the Hbf where it is VERY seedy and not fun to pass through, even in daytime. Breakfast was good but not so much more.

Hotel had a comprehensive breakfast, nicely decorated lobby area and convenient rooms. Best of it was the always available free coffee machine on breakfast/lobby area, it provided a nice rest when we arrived at hotel in the cold. The staff was kind and helpful. They provided support for my preordered delivery, thanks again. The bus stop dor 112 is just in front of the door, great detail for arrival :)

Refrigrator in room could be a plus and a slightly bigger storage area could increase the comfort of the rooms.

Hotel is good value for money, staff is friendly and helpful though at times a bit inexperienced. Breakfast is very nice, staff is keeping buffet stocked even when busy and well booked. Rooms are quiet and clean; location is ok, you can take a bus to get to the most places. A big grocery shop is close-by if you ran out of snacks and drinks.

If you travel by car the parking situation is a challenge. If the hotel is well booked you have a good chance of not getting a spot at the park-deck; public parking garages are often full, especially at later evening times and staff indicated that parking on the street is not always safe (burglaries); in addition, you cannot make a reservation for a car parking spot so it really is a gamble and you better come in early to avoid troubles. The breakfast area is nice but can be very crowded when hotel is well booked, better take it earlier than later.

Very very happy with the staff all being so so friendly and helpful! Couldn't do enough for us! Breakfast was brilliant great selection! And very happy as they moved the breakfast to earlier slots as us guests had an ironman on the Sunday! So accommodating! Very very happy! Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful so so friendly! Good choice at breakfast. Staff very attentive at breakfast time and always cleaning up when necessary. Staff at front of house very good too and informative of local area.

Only thing I didn’t like was that I was nearly overcharged for a booking (told me a completely different price to what I had initially paid)
