Very welcoming and friendly at reception. Able to check in straight away. I asked for a room with window to the courtyard and that's what I got. Reception kindly printed my boarding pass and check out was quick and without any issues. Location is super.

I have been staying here numerous times over the last 5 years or so and I'm always happy to return. This stay for the very first time I have to write something in here. Nothing big but probably because it always has been spotless clean I want to mention that this time the room wasn't up to it's usual standard. Just some marks or something on the wall above the headboard. Some I reckon nail varnish spots on the duvet cover, some dust balls on the floor and water marks on sink and in shower. Otherwise all clean and a nice room.

The hotel its actually very nice. Next to train and bus stations and close to supermarkets and shops. We used the S and U trains to move around and the hotel is 16 minutes away from the airport and 20 to 25 minutes away from the city center. The bed was very confortable and the stuff were very pleasant and helpful. They let us check in earlier (before 3 p.m.) and they even borrow us an umbrella and slippers, when we asked them to do.

For the price we paid (120 euros per night), i would give the perfect 10, if they include breakfast too. I suppose in Germany they overcharge breakfast in generally... Our room was across the train station, so except the noise from the trains (its not too much, we got used to it), friday and saturday night you could hear drunk guys that were shouting from the street. Finally, on our last night (Saturday 7/12), we woke up around 2 o'clock, because someone was trying to open our door with another card key (we could hear a specific sound from the door). Probably, a hotel guest got confused, because outsiders cant use the elevator. (You need a card key to operate it) It was an incident, we didnt report on the next day, because we were very hurry to catch our flight.

Perfect location near the train station S1/U3 easy to anywhere you wish to go and many buses stopo ust there. We has a lovely large room with a desk and many large windows that tip open for fresh air. Very quiet in the room despite busy neighborhood. Plenty of space in the closets and a large well -lit bathroom. AC worked great. Breakfast was a huge buffet with something for everyone. When you are busy and jet-lagged this is a big plus. My colleagues staying in the nearby Ibis had many complaints about small rooms and nonworking AC, and train noise, and some of them moved over to the Intercity mid-week.

The bed was a tad hard and the sheets were never changed even though we were there for 10 days. The room was quicky cleaned any time we asked, except for the bedding. Drain of bathroom shower is very slow and quickly becomes overwhelmed. Hallways are weirdly dark and showing a lot of wear.

Cleanliness, staff

The location is super close to the Sbahn, 3 min walking and 6 stops away to the city center. Great shopping and restaurant options around as well. Comfortable and clean room & super helpful and friendly staff.

They don’t offer the possibility for an extra bed, so we had to squeeze with our 7yo daughter in bed which was very uncomfortable for all 3 of us given the lack of proper space.

Easy access to public transport as being close to the station. Only a few stops from airport. Good breakfast with warm croissant. Breakfast available from 6:00. Helped me early check out for morning flight.

Takes a little time from/to sightseeing points. Smart TV did not work as it is supposed to be. No entertainment in the room. No door or curtain in the shower space so that water can splash to outside of the bathroom.

Location of hotel is amazing, 1 minute to U/S-bane. Beds were comfortable, good sound isolation, quiet, many restaurants and shops (also grocery shops) nearby. I would love to come back!

No one said to me upon arrival that hotel gives a free card to transport and we spent tons of money on it and made a card just on the last day. We booked 2 rooms, I asked them immediately after booking to place us in rooms nearby. Got an answer that it is dependent on availability. I just think that there is no such option in their software to put bookings on rooms near each other. So it was a lot of walking around the floor for me.

Clean, modern comfortable

Had to upgrade the room to get tea/coffee facilities. We did not want the wide range of fruit teas provided, just wanted ordinary tea but we were unable to get more than 1 bag each per day - staff did not have enough on service trolley. A lack of flexibility with this service

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The shower was great & the bathroom also was quite clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection too! The location is very close to the U/S-bahn station, so getting to other parts of Hamburg is super easy & fast!

The television was disconnected somehow when I arrived, but as soon as I informed the front desk, they sent a technician right away to fix the problem. Very attentive service turned a problem into a plus!

Very spacious room, silent and nice overall.

The "open-concept" shower is a bad idea: after a short shower, half of the bathroom was covered in water and the access to the washbasin without stretching/walking on a wet floor was made impossible. The same goes for plugging in the hair dryer in the only socket in the bathroom. Either the shower was clogged or the shower itself is a poor design.
