The room is compact but everything is clean and modern. It was very nice to have a good airconditioning system that was effective and not noisy. The matresses gave precisely the right kind of support: neither too hard nor too soft. The breakfast had a great variety of items. All the staff were welcoming and friendly.

While we were there, unfortunately some hotel guests had a habit of slamming their door shut to the extent that we could actually feel the movement in the walls of our room. This happened a few times on every day we were there. Evidently the hotel is not responsible for such behaviour of other guests, but perhaps installing some mechanism to prevent the doors from being slammed would be good.

In terms of rooms, we had a very pleasant stay at our twin room. The beds were comfy, we had a bathtub, the rooms were kept clean and looked after. Quite lovely actually. In terms of breakfast, the staff was very kind and offered a good range of meats, eggs, sweets and so on. They even made something at the request of my friend, to make him a bowl of oatmeal, using water, due to his diet. Quite accommodating.

Can't really say there was something I disliked about my stay there. Perhaps the parking passage was a bit tight and at an incline, but otherwise, nothing really too noteworthy!

I recently stayed in a beautifully, newly renovated room that had a fresh, bright atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were pillows available in different thicknesses to suit individual preferences. A nice touch was the complimentary bottle of water, some sweets, and coffee in the room, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was outstanding—exceptionally varied and of very high quality, making it an absolute must for any guest. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

The hotel consists of multiple buildings, which are connected by various staircases and elevators. The parking garage is located at the lowest level and can also be accessed via several stairs and/or elevators, which can be a bit inconvenient at times. We also experienced a misunderstanding during breakfast regarding the number of guests. The hotel had only one person listed, while our Booking.com confirmation clearly indicated two guests. Although the hotel eventually resolved the issue with apologies, it led to an uncomfortable discussion with the breakfast staff in a crowded breakfast area.

Great stay overall. Super close to the metro and the beds were very comfortable.

Just a suggestion: the temperature in the room was sometimes a little cold and there was some dust in the areas where we store our personal belongings and the fridge. Also would help to have a cupboard as just a few coat hangers was not enough for a family of 3 (there were no shelves so had to keep the clothes in the suitcase). But these are minor details. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large bed and nice desk.

The room safe was at floor level and required me to get down on my hands and knees to use it. Bad location. Also the sink had no counter space adjacent to it and was poorly located. And the floor of the shower / toilet area was in the entrance to the room and completely open. Any water from the shower got the whole area wet. Bad design. Also no towel racks ... just hooks. Hard to dry wet towels. Also there was no electric outlet on the desk. It was on the wall behind the desk and hard to reach.

The location is very easy to reach with U2-Bahn from central station. The place around the hotel is pretty noisy because of the traffic but otherwise very safe and peaceful. There are not many things going on at night and I loved that. If you walk just a little bit (about 10 mins) you can walk around many parks which are very beautiful. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Very nice and helpful staffs, clean facility, well equipped toilet. Just can't say anything but to recommend this place !

well, the price is a bit expensive but yeah, you get what you paid for sure.

Great stay after a stranded flight in Hamburg. The night porter (forgot his name) was an absolute legend and needs a raise. Being Operations Manager in a hotel I know how heavily underpaid and understaffed the service industry is and I hope you compensate his efforts with some voucher, bonus or other scheme in place. We had a horror trip back to England and he gave us an upgrade, free water, dental kits and a lot of care! The early receptionist gave us a 2pm check out as our next flight was also delayed! Mega breakfast, mega staff, mega hotel! Make sure you keep those people happy and engaged! You need them!

I stayed for one night but would like to stay longer next time. Very comfortable room and with nice details like tea kettle and shoe spoons. Great shower! AC worked well. Super friendly receptionists. Wonderful location, despite the big road. AND it was 100% quiet with the windows closed. The breakfast was a dream!

Only a minor thing — I like sleeping with an open window, but had my room to the front, so kept the window closed. Let me just say: It’s such a fantastic location (if you want to reach some of the nicest areas in Hamburg by foot or tube in no time) that I would very happily compromise on that again!!

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, providing direct access to Hamburg Town, from where you can easily reach the city center and all the major attractions. The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. Additionally, the hotel offers parking, which was essential for us, and a lovely lobby to relax in. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel is attractive/clean/modern, everything you’d expect; the staff really make this hotel exceptional. Special shout-out to Mr Dag the night manager who went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and that we had everything we needed. Loved the location, walking distance to Sternschanze and all of the little shops to explore on the Weidenalle. It’s also super convenient for getting to the airport with the U3 just 5 mins away. Oh and the breakfast buffet was also amazing, a generous selection and everything fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel!
