Very nice, compact and tidy place. The location is also nice, the area is busy and loud but we slept pretty well there. It was also very clean and well presented. The rooms and the bathrooms are small but you have everything you need and there is enough storage space.

Only remark i would make was about the shower in the bathroom, was quite poor performance. And the sink was way to small and low, uncomfartable to use.

Just a few minutes from Central Rail Road station, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very nice, clean, fashionable. Rooms are very nice and modern.

The Hamburg itself is full of poor people and all around the central station there are a lot of homeless people. So need just to pass by the central station asap to get to the fresh air.

Very neat and tidy - breakfast was probably the highlight there was so much to offer.

No AC in the room so it did get a little stuffy at night but not dripping in sweat which is fine. Another minus for leaving the window open was how noisy it got on the streets, it did make it hard to sleep. Not for light sleepers unless you have ear bugs.

Close to railway in an interesting area of the city close enough to walk to many places. Hotel was clean & efficient.

It would make a difference for us to be able to make tea & coffee in our room.

The hotel is in Central Hamburg and close to Hamburg Central Station. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable single bed. There was a TV, but there was no fridge. The hotel staff were nice and friendly.

I would have liked to have a fridge in the room.

Locality and easy to reach

Room window was not working and after opening, was not able to close and required help from staff.

Everything. The hotel is new, very confortable, has a modern looking, employees are gentle and polite, Close to the Central train station.

No specific negative issue comes to mind.

Not even a water heater present. Could have provided some more amenities
