We like the hotel, staff kind, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy bed quite, many restaurants around the hotel. Perfect market in the ground floor and pharmacy. Few steps to the tram and bus stop. Few minutes by tram/ bus to the old town, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, historical places and a nice river. For sure will stay in the same hotel again.

We booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms the air-conditioned was not cooling enough. The room is perfect for 2 but with the additional sofa bed for 3rd person it will be tite.

Friendly engaging and professional staff, room was spotless and decently equipped with good soundproofing providing a quiet environment, breakfast area very spacious and well thought out compared to some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently.

Nothing really except the evening menu is very limited compared to most Premier Inns in the UK I’ve used. Some reports mention the room air conditioning not being very effective, well we arrived during a heatwave and I found that as long as the curtains and window were closed the system worked efficiently enough with sounding too obtrusive.

The hotel is what you'd expect from Premier Inns - a comfortable night in a very pleasant clean hotel which is very good value for money. It is around 10 minutes walk from the train station which is handy, and then around 20 minutes walk into the old town which isn't too bad (trams run by outside so you could get in much quicker if you want to take one). The reception is nice and large and has a nice lounge and bar behind to relax in. My room was very nice and also bright with a huge window and it was a good size with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfy and large. Under the hotel is a large supermarket which was also handy, and although some walk from the old town there are still nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area. This hotel was really good and also fantastic value for money in a pretty expensive city. Highly recommended!

I didn't have breakfast as it seemed a bit overpriced, so I used the next-door supermarket cafe instead.

Location / cleanness/ helpful staff

Fantastic accommodation in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice modern bathroom. Mattresses were very comfortable. Each person had a soft pillow and a firm pillow. It was great to have the choice. The blackout curtains were great. Pitch black at night. Although we were able to control and turn on and off the heating in our rooms, we still found it warm at night, but fortunately, the windows open, so we got a lovely cool breeze. They only open at the top for security reasons, however you can ask staff to open it completely if you want more fresh air. The hotel also offers cotton sheets upon request. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Trams No. 5, 21,22,23 and 25 all go to the old town/xmas markets. . They run frequently and the hotel is only 2 stops from the old town. The hotel is also close to the main train station. Walking time is around 10 minutes or you can take a tram. There is a huge EDEKA supermarket/bakery in the same building downstairs. There’s a great cafe 150 metres from the hotel. ( P11 Cafe/Bar) . Great coffees and toasted sandwiches. It’s one of only a few cafes that we were able to find that offered lactose free milk. Many great restaurants and cafes walking distance from hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel. It was perfect .

The only thing missing was a fridge. This wasn’t a problem though and we will still come back.

The room was spacious enough and very clean, the staff very nice and the tram station is exactly outside the hotel which was the best option heading to the city centre as it was very cold going by foot. There is a supermarket a minute away from the hotel with a bakery and a small cafeteria inside, very helpful for those who like having a good coffee and a quick bite for breakfast.

The location is a little bit far from the city centre and the river by foot, especially when its very cold outside. A little bit expensive concerning the value for money but good overall.
