Good location of the hotel from the city center. Clean room, friendly staff, good isolation of rooms

Unfortunately the parking was a bit of a hassle. There are only limited parking spots available at the hotel. I would recommend to call before arriving and ask about availability, that’s what we did. You can park around the hotel, but be prepared to walk; especially if you have luggage it’s quite a problem. There was no fridge in the room and no AC. The balcony is common, so if someone is smoking there or on a floor below, you can smell all the smoke

Staff was incredibly friendly. 24 hr reception. They gave a free coffee and some candy to offset the inconveniences of construction. Had paid parking garage but I was able to find parking in the nearby neighborhood as well.

Construction happening. First floor rooms right next to outdoor restaurant so loud and No privacy when window was open.

The location is a 20-minute walk from the Old Town, and there's a tram station right in front of the hotel. The walk to the Old Town is quite enjoyable. I never used public transportation. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind to me. If you're considering a short trip, I highly recommend this place.

If I had to mention one negative thing, it would be the pillows—they weren’t very comfortable.

We loved it. The room was larger than what you're getting for the same price. The location is great... just a short tram or underground train ride from the tourist center.

Could have had a coffee setup in the room. The parking spots are too close to each other - it was a pain getting the luggage out from the boot without scratching the next car. Wish the bathroom had a better exhaust

Well. The staff were wonderful but due to renovations there was only an apple and a complimentary coffee for breakfast, and no toilet in the public area of the hotel. However the beds were absolutely super and i really liked the balcony to our room. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, indications online are that a taxi would cost 70 euro - this was misleading and had us taking the tube into the centre and back out again with all our luggage. In fact a taxi to the airport was much less expensive than that - a convenient and good value option. We enjoyed lounging in the lobby and picnicing on the terrace after some shopping in the local deli and outstanding vintage shop.

the renovations had an impact which no doubt is temporary.

Lovely, spacious room with a balcony. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great city location with plenty of public transport options to all over

No kettle in the room (this is not a negative as such. Just being from the UK, it's something you usually find in a room)

Funky place with an upstairs bedroom, and downstairs bathroom. Currently under renovation, I think it has a lot of potential. The bathroom was big enough and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

The internet was hopeless. While a notice on the elevator wall indicated that the hotel was having trouble with it, the actual wi-fi was so bad that it was useless. I am sure it could be improved but notification when booking would be helpful

The staff were very accommodating for my mother and I, we had to book our nights day by day while waiting for my father to recover in the hospital and the staff were very understanding and helpful, moving our luggage from each room and wishing us well. It took one stress away from a very stressful week.

The breakfast left room to be desired for the price.

24h reception was great with very helpful front desk staff, breakfast was unbeatable in quality and quantity. Room was modern, clean and well-equiped (fridge is much appreciated).

Parking is extra in the garage, the amont is very reasonable though (~9 €)

Very well located, close to the center, close to public transport, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very nice and helpful staff!!! Clean and spacious room and comfortable bed. Highly reccommend the hotel!!!
