Clean property inside and out, close enough to the city center of Passau within a 30 minute walk. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options and good quality coffee but the staff and exceptional service stood out the most here. One of the front reception desk employees was especially helpful during my stay. When i arrived i had no charge on my phone while me and my friend were separated and she was kind enough to let me use her personal charger and answer any questions i had in english despite it not being her first language. Don’t expect to receive the most top tier facilities here as it is a budget oriented hotel, But do expect to be greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness.

Exceptional hotel, great price and with large on-site carpark and 24-hr check-in, perfect for overnight stops as well as longer stays. Room had plenty of fresh air and the hotel is located in a very quiet location with midday checkout- Perfect for long un-interrupted and healthy sleep! The three-bed room actually has a full size and long length (maybe 2 meters) single bed intelligently arranged in a corner to provide good space from the main bed. (Great for tall children!). Very comfortable, very clean, modern and safe. Staff were fantastic too. Not overbearing, just super happy, helpful and kind. Tasty breakfast too! All boxes ticked!

I gave it a 10 just because it ticked everything we needed. Sure, it can be more spacious, or more luxuriant, but it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful (we had a request related to our diabetic dog), the hotel is on a quite street, not far from the motorway, close to a supermarket, a McDonalds, a Subway, there is a kebab shop also close by. So all went well, thank you!

Fits for its purpose - good size family room in its category, bunk bed was fun for the kids. Decent size bathroom. Bit far from the city centre. Could have a bit more options for breakfast for the price we paid. Overall all good, and got what expected.

Brings a usual good b&b standard like clean room and bathroom, sheets and towels aswell, good parking too. Staff are good as gold super friendly and helpful, keep up the good work👍🏼😊

The only thing i would say is the door soundproofing was not the best but other than that everything was good

The bathroom had a little bit of a weird smell in the beginning (I think it was because the drainage in the shower was completely dry - the siphon, and it had smells coming in the bathroom) because after the shower it was not present anymore.

It was cosy. The atmosphere was and felt great. Can get and buy a lot of stuff close by, if necessary. Great wifi connection and choices on TV channels.

Noises in the hallway occurred a few times. Could need a little more space in rooms when 3 or more people arrive.

Clean, quiet room with firm mattress and excellent bathroom facilities. Desk staff very polite and helpful! Wonderful restaurants nearby Outstanding breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel!

No concerns

Had everything we needed for a couple of nights good rest while traveling. Beds are comfortable, good wifi, clean. Breakfast was excellent and there is bike lock up area

Location: close to supermarket and Decathlon but 3 km to downtown/old town area. No real restaurants nearby so we took taxi to get dinner and walked back. Room sometimes had a funny smell

Easy to find, easy to park. Clean and comfortable. Nice efficient staff.

The location is a bit away from the city center, but I knew it in advance, so I was not surprized.
