The hotel met my expectations and I have nothing to complain about. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable and clean. Noise could only be heard when the window was open, and i was happy I got the option for fresh air!

They should put instructions on the downstairs coffee machine, in English and French. No one could understand how to work it without assistance from the staff. (We have to purchase the coffee sachet at one machine , it is hard to see when it comes out, then we have to instal it into another machine and position a cup which is stored nearby.)

Staff in the hotel were extremely pleasant and the location was amazing. Less than a 2 min walk to the marina where hotels would cost double this hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants literally at the back of the hotel. Also there is a Lidl supermarket a few doors up from the hotel which is great for water and such like and also great for fresh pastries for the morning time if you don't want to have the hotel breakfast.

Rooms were a bit small and bathroom a bit cramped but overall very pleasant experience. Also TV didn't work in the room but wasn't too fussed by this.

We were really surprised as when you think 'budget' you think of hotels without TVs, no air conditioning or maybe no daily cleaning. This hotel had all of this as well an amazing location and great extras like a free water refill station and a coffee machine. The relaxing area downstairs was really nice for a quiet read, plus the lockers were very convenient as we had a late flight so could leave them there most of the day!

The only thing was that in the room there was a lack of space for your clothes. This was fine as we don't mind living out of suitcases, but if you bring a lot of luggage make sure you're prepared to only have about 4 hangers to hang your clothes.

The location was great, full of places to eat around the hotel and comfortable facilities. There is juice for free so that is nice. Good facilities to chill

I did not like that there is no a mini fridge to put food that you buy at the grocery store or such. There are no blow dryers in the rooms , therefore you have to go downstairs and they can give you one but you might need to leave your ID , thus a bit inconvenient.

Lovely old building in centre of restaurant district close to the old port and the beautiful wooden boats there. Also close to public transport hub. Staff delightful and very helpful provided a spare plug adapter and extra pillows.

It was very hot while we were there and the cold drink vending machine was broken. The shower cubicle in our room needed bleaching to get rid of black mould

The hotel is located in the center next to vieux port area and have access to metro and bus stations. All touristic sites are around the hotel

There were no amenities but only shower gel and soap in the room and little bit noisy as some children were crying. The room a little bit small and there was a bad smell in the bathroom

⸻ “The hotel was just a 3-minute walk from the port, which was very convenient. The room was clean, though quite small. Facilities were basic but sufficient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

The aircondition could have been a bit colder but enough to keep us comfortable at night.

Great value for money and really well located. The bag lockers are affordable and really handy. Staff very friendly and wifi was good.

Room was a bit dark as we only had a tiny window but didn’t really matter. Bathroom could do with refitting but again it was so cheap it’s fine.

Excellent location, allowed me to nip back to my room throughout the day if needed in between various sightseeing/activities. Room was nice and quiet too. Perfect for a solo traveller!

Cleaners come early, and one day they competely ignored my 'do not disturb' sign and walked straight in without knocking.
