Super friendly staff at check in ! - and for an unfortunate forced stay due to a cancelled flight it was the perfect stop over.

I departed at 5am - I was told there would be a small breakfast, but a mini croissant and a glass of orange juice doesn't really constitute as a breakfast even small. - could have been some muesli out or some fruits.

We needed an overnight stay near CDG and this hotel was perfect. Easy to get to and from the airport terminal by urban train. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Had an awesome sleep. Breakfast buffet was huge with excellent coffee!

Just a weird experience... shortly after our (late-ish) arrival we went to the lobby bar to have a drink and snack and was told they no longer made cocktails, only serving wine and beer. It was barely past 9pm but, whatever. Saw a woman a few minutes later who asked for a gin and tonic; bartender poured the gin and handed her a can of tonic water to add herself. Odd. Otherwise a nice place to finish a month-long vacation (and the wine was good).

The breakfast was included and delicious. There was a large choice of things to eat. Very pleasant stay except for the rain of which you, of course, had no control. The room was spacious.

They advertise a navette but it is, in fact, a train to which you must walk. If you have two pieces of luggage, a carrier for a dog, and a wrap around bag, it is too much to walk to the train. Fortunately we had a car. They need a cash distributor in the hotel. I noticed other people asking about it as well. Other than that, a pleasant stay and a bargain.

The rooms are simple and comfortable. Everything seems renovated. Shower was nice and very hot! Beds were nice too. The included breakfast buffet is well stocked with pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurt, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese, tomatoes, cold cuts, juices and yummy croissants! My dinner steak was excellent and so was the included wine. Great place to rest after traveling and getting ready to take off again at CDG. There is an airport shuttle early. But do ask. Schedule changes. Or take a 2minute walk to the free CDGTV tram that will connect you to the other terminals via different routes.

This is a great hotel with an easy shuttle service to the Paris Charles De Gaulle airport and we would definitely stay here again. Next time I would book two rooms instead of relying on a sofa bed. The walk from the shuttle to the hotel is only 450m. The hotel is very comfortable and staff are pleasant. Our needs were met and problems were resolved, but there was an issue with the room. It took a couple of attempts to get the solution we needed which meant a late night. In all I would recommend this hotel, it was comfortable and the restaurant provides a very lovely meal.

Our sofa bed was not made up on our arrival. Unfortunately there were blood stains on the actual sofa bed when I tried to make it up myself. I had inquired 3 times, before an attendant arrived very late in the evening to help. The kindness of the staff to rectify the problem then outweighed the delay and our room was changed promptly. Pickpockets unfortunately can be present within the hotel, which is not a representation on the hotel itself. The lounges and business centre are comfortable places to relax, just don't let your guard down too much!

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful, and our room was fantastic. The early breakfast option was much appreciated! I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future transit through Paris.

I communicated with the hotel before our visit about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I was told it would be available between 4am and 1am. I arrived at the designated spot at 10:45pm and waited nearly 25 minutes and was then informed by a taxi driver that the service was over for the night. I ended up paying for a Bolt to drive me to the hotel. Although disappointing, this would not prevent me from booking here again.

The Location. On cdg shuttle, you can be at your terminal in no less than 5 or 7mn. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was really nice. The mattress was a bit too hard. I liked the little gym room. Not many machines but I was alone most of the time I exercised. I particularly liked the express breakfast which is between 4 and 6am for people who will miss the regular breakfast due to a very early flight. It was just croissants and pains au chocolat (I would suggest adding fruits) with a coffee machine but it was very welcomed

The location is good. Easy access to the airport Terminal. The assistant manager LAREB is very helpful towards us on the second day and during checkout when we encounter issues about the room facilities during the first night. She is very friendly and patient towards us. Thank you so much for the help.

The night shift staff is not very helpful towards us when we told them the air-conditioning is not working when we checked in on 5th Jun about 9pm. He took quite some time to come see the situation only after I went down to look for him. He told me to just open the window to get the fresh air or use a fan due fully booked where I'm not sure if he's telling the truth. I have no choice but to endure a night till the morning crew send a technician up next day morning. In the end, I still need to change the room due unable to repair the air-conditioning.

The restaurant is a big asset - pleasant decor, spacious seating, helpful staff, excellent food at reasonable price. The dinner was great - the braised chicken was excellent with generous portion and salad bar provided a healthier option. And the breakfast had a good variety. Breakfast hours were excellent 6 am - 11 am. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the surrounding area was despite being close to the airport. I never heard an airplane. There is a little green space with playground and walking area. The room security safe was large enough for a laptop. The beds were very comfy. Room was adequate. Easy access to the CDG-VAL tram Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.

The Wi-fi in the room was medium strength and seemed to only allow connection to one device at a time

The hotel rooms were nice and clean. They were also large, compared to European standards. Staff was quick and efficient. Good location, but be aware it is a walk to the shuttle train. Be aware, it takes about 30 minutes to get to terminal 2 check in area from the lobby. Flat terrain, but subject to the weather conditions.

Food options were limited. Just want a hamburger, not a buffet, eat at the bar. Food mediocre at best, but fairly priced. The breakfast didn’t start until 6 am. They do have a carry away breakfast of croissants and coffee, but not worth the breakfast price.
