Super friendly staff at check in ! - and for an unfortunate forced stay due to a cancelled flight it was the perfect stop over.

I departed at 5am - I was told there would be a small breakfast, but a mini croissant and a glass of orange juice doesn't really constitute as a breakfast even small. - could have been some muesli out or some fruits.

We needed an overnight stay near CDG and this hotel was perfect. Easy to get to and from the airport terminal by urban train. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Had an awesome sleep. Breakfast buffet was huge with excellent coffee!

Just a weird experience... shortly after our (late-ish) arrival we went to the lobby bar to have a drink and snack and was told they no longer made cocktails, only serving wine and beer. It was barely past 9pm but, whatever. Saw a woman a few minutes later who asked for a gin and tonic; bartender poured the gin and handed her a can of tonic water to add herself. Odd. Otherwise a nice place to finish a month-long vacation (and the wine was good).

General directions arriving from Paris CDG are not particularly clear. We travelled from the UK and terminal staff we saw just kept sending us to shuttle buses that don't serve this hotel. You need to take the CDG VAL free shuttle train that goes from Terminal 2F on Level 4! I have taken photos of the location for reference for any other poor lost soul who has the misfortune of not speaking great French and having to rely on poor signage and rude airport staff. Once shuttle train is found the whole thing is a doddle. So easy 😀

This is a great hotel with an easy shuttle service to the Paris Charles De Gaulle airport and we would definitely stay here again. Next time I would book two rooms instead of relying on a sofa bed. The walk from the shuttle to the hotel is only 450m. The hotel is very comfortable and staff are pleasant. Our needs were met and problems were resolved, but there was an issue with the room. It took a couple of attempts to get the solution we needed which meant a late night. In all I would recommend this hotel, it was comfortable and the restaurant provides a very lovely meal.

Our sofa bed was not made up on our arrival. Unfortunately there were blood stains on the actual sofa bed when I tried to make it up myself. I had inquired 3 times, before an attendant arrived very late in the evening to help. The kindness of the staff to rectify the problem then outweighed the delay and our room was changed promptly. Pickpockets unfortunately can be present within the hotel, which is not a representation on the hotel itself. The lounges and business centre are comfortable places to relax, just don't let your guard down too much!

The breakfast was included and delicious. There was a large choice of things to eat. Very pleasant stay except for the rain of which you, of course, had no control. The room was spacious.

They advertise a navette but it is, in fact, a train to which you must walk. If you have two pieces of luggage, a carrier for a dog, and a wrap around bag, it is too much to walk to the train. Fortunately we had a car. They need a cash distributor in the hotel. I noticed other people asking about it as well. Other than that, a pleasant stay and a bargain.

Easy access from airport to hotel. Short tram ride and about a 3-minute walk to hotel. We arrived fairly late along with a number of other people, but they had two deck staff working so the check in went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The common areas were clean and comfortable which was nice as we had a bit of a time difference between our check out and flight. Also, they did offer a late check out at no additional charge which was appreciated. They had a breakfast buffet, but I think unless you got down early it was a little hit or miss on what you got and if it was cold when it should have been a hot item.

The bathroom shower could be a little cleaner.

Great Value, perfect location for quick connection to CDGVal (3 minutes walk from property at parking lot Px) then 5 minutes train ride over to Terminals for train or plane departure. Breakfast (complimentary) the morning of check out was perfect for us. Lots of choice hot/cold foods, great coffee and tea stations. Even though we could see the runway from our room we were not disturbed by noise and overall the hotel was well sound proofed. We had easy check in and kind treatment at check in and check out.

Bed’s a little hard, but in general on par with what we have experienced in France.

The breakfast options were extremely limited. There was no air conditioning because they claimed "the season is changing," yet on the first night, I was completely suffocated. Opening the window wasn't a real solution either, the noise from the airport (planes, trains, everything) made it impossible to rest. Obviously, it’s a busy area. For the price I paid, the standard should match at least the basic expectations. It’s important to mention that when I was searching for a hotel nearby, I specifically filtered for places with air conditioning. To be told afterward that AC is "unavailable" is simply unacceptable.

The hotel is very close to the airport and we utilised a shuttle bus for a small fee as we had a lot of luggage. The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were nice. There is a cocktail bar and breakfast (which was included) and dinner were both simple and nice. Service was great, would recommend staying here.

We were warm and wanted the air conditioning to be cooling but the hotel said they could not do that because all rooms are set to warming. We realise it was a winter month but we needed cool air. They did arrange for maintenance to open the window which helped.

Hotel was very easy to find, close to the shuttle train direct to the airport at CDG. The pathway was well lit and I felt safe walking there. Check in was welcoming and easy and the hotel is much nicer than I expected with an airport hotel. The room was excellent, warm, spacious and very well appointed. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower and plenty of towels. I had a wake up call early next morning which arrived on time. I liked that there was a restaurant/bar downstairs where we could eat dinner instead of having to find somewhere outside, use taxis etc.

Dinner menu is limited but as a vegetarian there was food available to me. However the "buffet" starter and/or dessert was not particularly inspiring and could have been upgraded for the price of the dinner (formule style menu)
