The last stop of our trip was in Toulouse, and honestly, given the price, we weren’t expecting much — but it turned out to be an excellent value for money. The property had a swimming pool, spacious parking, and an accommodation with a properly equipped kitchen and enough space for five people. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a short stay while visiting Toulouse.

During a longer period I was in 2 separate rooms. The condition of the rooms were of different quality. One of them was renovated and had newer equipment, I liked this room. The kindness and responsiveness of the people are great. For this price it is difficult to find an accommodation with a pool. Aldi is 2 min walk, it is great for grabbing fresh bakery from there in the morning.

The rooms are rarely cleaned, and the trash cans were not emptied for several days. The balconies are not cleaned, pigeons moved there, it was full of feathers and pigeon droppings. The older room had very bad quality matrass. Forgot to tell us that on the 1st of the month the entry codes changed, it was just luck that we could get in the hotel in the middle of the night.

Reasonably priced, good size, love the pool and the staff are friendly.

It's a bit outside of Toulouse. Furthermore, the reception could do with a vending machine or something. The need for a security deposit is understandable, but it's still quite irritating. I did 4 nights in Toulouse and 3 in Andorra before returning to Toulouse Airport. However, I'd have spent the final night in Toulouse had it not been for the security deposit. So 4 - 2 in Andorra and 1 final night there.

Easy trip into the city center. Clean and practical lodging. Comfortable bed and bedding. Sufficient kitchen equipment and drying rack for clothes a bonus. Free filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Balcony to dry clothes.

Airplanes flying overhead extremely close to building and pool area. Excellent value for money helped compensate for this. A/C was helped by closing off kitchen and bathroom areas, which resulted in sufficiently cooling living space.

Value for money. Spacious for a group of 3 it had 3 seperate beds. Great location to a supermarket - Aldi is next door to it so it was convenient. Pool and laundry facilities were great.

Cleanliness was questionable because utilities looked outdated. One bed was in the main/lounge area was not a fold away or a sofa bed, just a a double bed so no proper seating area just to hang out in a side from dinning table and chairs right next to that bed. Shower was small and in/over the tub type. The bathroom itself was spacious however can’t understand why shower wasn’t bigger or at least a walk-in one. Water pressure was OK. Staff were little bit unfriendly and would only give one toilet paper at a time and you had to keep going down to request it. It was embarrassing so thankfully Aldi was next door we bought our own which also had better quality than the small 1 ply roll they were giving.

aparthotel was very well cleaned and the sir conditioning made a wonderful addition. everything worked in the apartment except the pull out sofa. It did not pull out but my daughter just left it and used it as a single bed. I loved the gym. all areas were well stocked.

it was a little out of the city but we got the metro.

The place was nice, it was really sunny and we had a huge balcony. The bedroom was made for disabled persons so it was really accessible and big, I really like it.

When we arrived at the property, we could not access the reception because we did not have a code to enter the venue. It was really annoying and we spent quite a lot of time until someone arrived and opened the gate. So we could come in. The venue should have given us the door code before we arrived. The reception was also really busy so we had to queue to get the key of the flat.

The hotel itself was clean and tidy, Reception area was light and modern. The corridor leading to the rooms and the room we stayed in were slightly "tired" although everything was very clean.Good facilities in room with a separate bedroom and a double also in the living space and a kitchenette area. Rooms were a reasonable size with plenty of cupboard space. The staff were really friendly and got everything sorted professionally and with a smile . The pool is a real bonus and a lovely area to sit, even with the planes flying right overhead as the hotel is pretty close to the airport, about a 15 min drive. Location is good for airport and transport links, there is a bus stop less than 100 yards away and this links to the metro or tram station.

The hotel is in a bit of a dead end area and on arrival looks and stark as it is behind security gates but at least we felt that our vehicle was secure in the car park and overall it was a good one night stay.

Although we had to wait 20 minutes to check in, as it was closed when we got there, it was a fast and efficient check in. The staff member was lovely and very helpful. The facilities are great, the pool area clean and it felt very safe. It was an overnighter for us as we were on our way to Center Parcs, but was the perfect stop.

No issues, quiet, easy check in and out. Good location for airport access - early flight. Great parking. We also enjoy horse racing and would recommend staying here for that, right across the road!

The food jars are a great idea but one or two of the food jars weren't great, just not to my taste (the pasta dish) but the chicken and risotto were great! We had a good experience here - recommended, and would happily stay again.
