During a longer period I was in 2 separate rooms. The condition of the rooms were of different quality. One of them was renovated and had newer equipment, I liked this room. The kindness and responsiveness of the people are great. For this price it is difficult to find an accommodation with a pool. Aldi is 2 min walk, it is great for grabbing fresh bakery from there in the morning.

The rooms are rarely cleaned, and the trash cans were not emptied for several days. The balconies are not cleaned, pigeons moved there, it was full of feathers and pigeon droppings. The older room had very bad quality matrass. Forgot to tell us that on the 1st of the month the entry codes changed, it was just luck that we could get in the hotel in the middle of the night.

Value for money. Spacious for a group of 3 it had 3 seperate beds. Great location to a supermarket - Aldi is next door to it so it was convenient. Pool and laundry facilities were great.

Cleanliness was questionable because utilities looked outdated. One bed was in the main/lounge area was not a fold away or a sofa bed, just a a double bed so no proper seating area just to hang out in a side from dinning table and chairs right next to that bed. Shower was small and in/over the tub type. The bathroom itself was spacious however can’t understand why shower wasn’t bigger or at least a walk-in one. Water pressure was OK. Staff were little bit unfriendly and would only give one toilet paper at a time and you had to keep going down to request it. It was embarrassing so thankfully Aldi was next door we bought our own which also had better quality than the small 1 ply roll they were giving.

The place was nice, it was really sunny and we had a huge balcony. The bedroom was made for disabled persons so it was really accessible and big, I really like it.

When we arrived at the property, we could not access the reception because we did not have a code to enter the venue. It was really annoying and we spent quite a lot of time until someone arrived and opened the gate. So we could come in. The venue should have given us the door code before we arrived. The reception was also really busy so we had to queue to get the key of the flat.

The hotel itself was clean and tidy, Reception area was light and modern. The corridor leading to the rooms and the room we stayed in were slightly "tired" although everything was very clean.Good facilities in room with a separate bedroom and a double also in the living space and a kitchenette area. Rooms were a reasonable size with plenty of cupboard space. The staff were really friendly and got everything sorted professionally and with a smile . The pool is a real bonus and a lovely area to sit, even with the planes flying right overhead as the hotel is pretty close to the airport, about a 15 min drive. Location is good for airport and transport links, there is a bus stop less than 100 yards away and this links to the metro or tram station.

The hotel is in a bit of a dead end area and on arrival looks and stark as it is behind security gates but at least we felt that our vehicle was secure in the car park and overall it was a good one night stay.

Staff were the best thing about this property. Kids would say it was the pool and the table tennis. Rooms were basic but clean with a small kitchenette that had most of our needs(would have liked a toaster but not a big issue) overall happy with our stay

Family of 7 divided between 2 rooms, rooms were on separate floors, would have made it easier if they were closer together. Little bit of a miscommunication in relation to 200euro damage deposit (didn't state it's €200 per room, message implied it was €200 for booking) staff sorted this on arrival but it could have caused an issue!

No issues, quiet, easy check in and out. Good location for airport access - early flight. Great parking. We also enjoy horse racing and would recommend staying here for that, right across the road!

The food jars are a great idea but one or two of the food jars weren't great, just not to my taste (the pasta dish) but the chicken and risotto were great! We had a good experience here - recommended, and would happily stay again.

Got to say this is a really nice place to stay easy parking The receptionist was really nice when I was booking in and was very informative. Good local amenities Aldi, restaurants bars etc close bye My room clean tidy nice little cooking area and a kettle, bed was comfy. The bathroom had a bath a real bath which is a bonus. Would I recommend yes .

Expect a little noise there's a train station or a railway line not far away and the occasional aeroplane.

decent location, overall good value for money. there were no pans in the studio, but when i asked at reception i got 1 immediately. i really liked the welcoming of the receptionists, every time i asked something they were smiling and saying: of course you can have, just ask´. we did not try breakfast but we heard it was not worth the money.

perhaps include breakfast in the rate? cant thing of anything else.

- for the price of a room, we got a small appartment with 2 rooms and a tiny kitchen (fully equiped) - location is ok.... the nighborhood isnt the best, but it is neat "ALDI" and a bus station - comfortoble. - had a tub !

- its not very clean. - nighbprhood is not so friendly. - room look old, and a bit smelly. - they took 200 euro deposite, and i found out about it only a day after.....

I got appartment number 28. Just at the ground floor. Very comfortable. They have kitchen to cook. Heater work well. The receptionist so good and helpful. Parking private provided near the entrance door.
