Some of the staff were very kind and friendly, helping taking pictures and so on. The food was lovely just not enough portion. Room as clean bed was very comfortable.

Staff were to worried about making payments and leaving a card with them as if I was not a costumer that already paid up front and give all my documents to them. There was not going to be a way for me to leave the property without paying for things. So that make me uncomfortable. As after having my dinner they were rushing me to pay. No one helped me with my luggage at the end.

The hotel was clean and offered an excellent rooftop view, along with good facilities and friendly staff. However, I have two concerns. First, the hotel charged €26 per day for parking, even though it was not peak season, whereas other hotels charge around €15 during the low season. Second, they required a €100 per night hold as a guarantee for any in-hotel consumption, which came as an unexpected additional cost. Aside from these points, my overall experience was very good.

The location was fab, the facilities were excellent, and the terrace restaurant overlooking Lake Como was sublime.

We took 3 rooms, as there wasn't an option for our 3 daughters to share a larger room, which is what we usually do. That made it quite a bit more expensive. Our room was an easy access room for disabled people. We were offered this, because a normal room on the same floor as our daughter's, wasn't made up when we arrived at 15.45. I accepted as I didn't want to make a fuss, but it was nothing like as nice as the two rooms our daughters had. I won't do a disabled room again!

Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible views of Lake Como from the rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent with a huge array of choices, and room was immaculate, much bigger than expected. Housekeeping came twice each day, providing bottled water each time, and the robes/slippers/flip flops were much appreciated. Staff were also excellent, very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is slightly further out from central Como - it's a good 30mins walk to the funicular etc. That being said, it's a lovely walk along the lake so very pleasant all the same, and it wouldn't put us off returning!

As Hilton member I ask for a late check out but they didn't give even one hour no shuttle to the City It would be nice if they provided the taxi price from the hotel was double the price Nothing was given to my kids as treats as new year eve celebrate as we book in a satin restaurant no kids celebrated at all some candy or ice cream nothing was there

The rooftop pool, bar, lounge and restaurant all amazing with fantastic views of the lake. The entire indoor area has floor to ceiling doors and windows making for an all around view of the lake. Loved the lobby and courtyard. Booked a lakeview room which had a great view, was very spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel including rooms have nice modern design with great lighting. Close proximy to the lake promanade and easy walking distance to ferry service and city of Como for shopping and dining.

I cant really think of anything I didn't like.

Good size rooms with a lot of space and comfortable bed. Amazing views of the lake especially from the roof terrace which includes heated pool and jacuzzi. Really helpful staff on the front desk. Good facilities in the room which had most things. Close to bus stops or walk along lake to get to Como.

Spa facilities had to pay extra which was dissapointing as already paid a higher price for a exceptional hotel so expect the use of facilities to be included. Ran out of facial tissues. The coffee machine was not plugged in so had to move it. Complimentry biscuits would be nice.

room was great, the staff at reception were very, very polite and helpfu , the parking was perfect. Parking was very important to us. The gym was great as well, we were able to have a couple decent workouts, actually more than great, had a lot of equipment

The only thing we didn’t like was the food. It was okay but didn’t really justify the price.

Modern , aesthetic with a very clean look. Very polite & friendly staff especially the valet service and lobby staff. Dog friendly ☺️

We would’ve liked longer opening hours for the lobby bar downstairs because dogs not allowed in the Terrasse bar/restaurant which limited our experience. In February it’s not practical to sit outside in the open on the Terrasse . Somehow we weren’t offered welcome drinks either when we checked in but upon asking were compensated the next evening. Everything else was perfect.
