$15 for the airport shuttle is ridiculous

Unlike some reviews I found the room and bathroom to be spotless (except for a very minute area of the shower base). The bedding was more than adequate, the included breakfast was good and plentiful, with a courteous staff. All in all, a pleasant stay when one needs a hotel pre or post flights from MXP. Noah, the desk representative, was so pleasant, courteous, and available to answer our many inquiries. Grazie Mille to Noah!

Well, since you asked... it seems to me that the airport shuttle should be complimentary in that the hotel is only roughly .5 miles from MXP. Shuttle charge is 15 Euros or 20 for a taxi.

Clean and tidy room, polite staff, good value for money.

The location is close to the airport, but you still need a shuttle to take you to the terminal. The pricing of the shuttle service is expensive, though. Dinner is an option in the hotel, but it is relatively expensive for the quality offered.

Location to the airport The lady assisting us with l ppl acing bags in the storage room was fantastic. We have previously stayed at this hotel and was impressed. Unfortunately this visit was not enjoyable. Shuttle service is fantastic.

The dining room was super bright whilst eating dinner we asked to be moved where the lighting was not as harsh. We did ask if the lights could be adjusted and there was no response. Staff upon arrival were acting as if they didn’t have a clue what was going on and we were the only people at the reception. The meals at dinner were not up to standard expensive and over cooked.

We were able to get adjoining rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were clean, and more than adequate for an overnight stay close to the terminal. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Instructions on how to catch the airport transfer bus need to be much clearer, both on the website and when staff are trying to explain over the phone where to go from arrivals to the transfer area. Instructions regarding "Level Minus 1" are not clear to international travellers. There needs to be easy to follow maps on the website, which needs updating. We took a long time to find the correct area (near the Sheraton on the opposite side to Arrivals after having taken the lift to L-1).

Perfect location for the last night before flying from Malpensa. Clean and quiet rooms, nice 24/7 bar, and ok breakfast (that starts at 5AM, great for early flights!). I particularly enjoyed the quietness and the comforatable bed. The hotel provides a shuttle to the terminals, but the free bus is less than ten minutes walking away. I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but instead, I tried the Samarcanda restaurant at five minutes walking distance (very good, not expensive, with a great gurmand choice of foods).

Both WiFi and phone reception are quite bad. The only way to communicate with the outside world is from the parking... (I have two SIMs on my phone, that connects to two different carriers in Italy, and neither had a good reception nor decent data connection, and the WiFi isn't good enough for a decent WhatsApp call...). But it might be an opportunity to spend an evening without work-related calls. :-)

Good location: near the airport, convenient for transfer stay.

There is no information how to get to the hotel by free shuttle. Signs at the airport are not always clear, hotel doesn't provide this information in the confirmation letter as well. Remember: dont't take a bus next to Arrivals terminal, it will go along all parking lots and then return back, you will loose about 20 minutes. Cross the road and wait at the bus stop in front of Moxy hotel, from here you'll get in the direction you need. If you want to go back to the airport from the hotel, it is better to take a hotel shuttle instead of free one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. my room was always cleaned to a high standard. Although I came in late for breakfast, there was always a clean table for my large family. The other tables which were not being used were always clean even though breakfast was always busy.

A non smoking area where families and non smokers can sit in front of the hotel would be ideal. A bit more information on what buses can be accessed directly from the hotel would be helpful although there are easy links to terminal 1 and 2 where one can get a train or bus

Ideal place to spend the night near the Malpensa airport if the next flight is only the next morning. Hotel is between terminal 1 & terminal 2 and easily accessible by terminal's connecting bus and it's totally free of charge. Theoretically you can reach even by foot, but it will take about 25-30minutes and it is not very safe to walk on the sidewalk. Hotel restaurant is open until 10pm. So you need to plan carefully if your flight is late in the evening. There is one alternative around which works 1 hour longer.

No complains as we spend up to 12 hours during night time period, We didn't face any issue. Just be careful with the bus directions and check which is yours terminal for choosing right one.

Near the airport. 5 min drive. Clean room with a big bathroom. One reception staff member was extremely helpful and friendly (didn't get his name!). He helped us get a ride to/from the airport as I complained that it's not accessible to walk with a suitcase in the night. That was the reason we booked the hotel - as it was near the airport and we could take the free shuttle.

The airport free shuttle is complicated to find and even though it's only 2 stops from the airport. The walk to the hotel is long and not accessible with suitcases or people who can't walk well. It's not lit up at night. The shuttle we then ordered and paid for was overbooked.
