$15 for the airport shuttle is ridiculous

Unlike some reviews I found the room and bathroom to be spotless (except for a very minute area of the shower base). The bedding was more than adequate, the included breakfast was good and plentiful, with a courteous staff. All in all, a pleasant stay when one needs a hotel pre or post flights from MXP. Noah, the desk representative, was so pleasant, courteous, and available to answer our many inquiries. Grazie Mille to Noah!

Well, since you asked... it seems to me that the airport shuttle should be complimentary in that the hotel is only roughly .5 miles from MXP. Shuttle charge is 15 Euros or 20 for a taxi.

Clean and tidy room, polite staff, good value for money.

The location is close to the airport, but you still need a shuttle to take you to the terminal. The pricing of the shuttle service is expensive, though. Dinner is an option in the hotel, but it is relatively expensive for the quality offered.

We were able to get adjoining rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were clean, and more than adequate for an overnight stay close to the terminal. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Instructions on how to catch the airport transfer bus need to be much clearer, both on the website and when staff are trying to explain over the phone where to go from arrivals to the transfer area. Instructions regarding "Level Minus 1" are not clear to international travellers. There needs to be easy to follow maps on the website, which needs updating. We took a long time to find the correct area (near the Sheraton on the opposite side to Arrivals after having taken the lift to L-1).

Perfect location for the last night before flying from Malpensa. Clean and quiet rooms, nice 24/7 bar, and ok breakfast (that starts at 5AM, great for early flights!). I particularly enjoyed the quietness and the comforatable bed. The hotel provides a shuttle to the terminals, but the free bus is less than ten minutes walking away. I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but instead, I tried the Samarcanda restaurant at five minutes walking distance (very good, not expensive, with a great gurmand choice of foods).

Both WiFi and phone reception are quite bad. The only way to communicate with the outside world is from the parking... (I have two SIMs on my phone, that connects to two different carriers in Italy, and neither had a good reception nor decent data connection, and the WiFi isn't good enough for a decent WhatsApp call...). But it might be an opportunity to spend an evening without work-related calls. :-)

Good location: near the airport, convenient for transfer stay.

There is no information how to get to the hotel by free shuttle. Signs at the airport are not always clear, hotel doesn't provide this information in the confirmation letter as well. Remember: dont't take a bus next to Arrivals terminal, it will go along all parking lots and then return back, you will loose about 20 minutes. Cross the road and wait at the bus stop in front of Moxy hotel, from here you'll get in the direction you need. If you want to go back to the airport from the hotel, it is better to take a hotel shuttle instead of free one.

Ideal place to spend the night near the Malpensa airport if the next flight is only the next morning. Hotel is between terminal 1 & terminal 2 and easily accessible by terminal's connecting bus and it's totally free of charge. Theoretically you can reach even by foot, but it will take about 25-30minutes and it is not very safe to walk on the sidewalk. Hotel restaurant is open until 10pm. So you need to plan carefully if your flight is late in the evening. There is one alternative around which works 1 hour longer.

No complains as we spend up to 12 hours during night time period, We didn't face any issue. Just be careful with the bus directions and check which is yours terminal for choosing right one.

The reception staff, restaurant choices and staff were great. Parking is easy - both times I have been here. I am surprised though that they don't seem to link who is a client and who is parking in the hotel spaces. The senior barman was really helpful and chose to introduce me to a wine I had never heard of before: Ronchedone del Garda, Cai dei Frati. What an excellent suggestion. There are hotel shuttles for a fee, but a shortish walk takes you to the public shuttle bus stop. On this occasion I used my own car to pick up my son and use the 'Arrivi' section of the parking just outside the Arrivals at Terminal 2. I did pay €1 for the time I was there but nobody seems to check and there are no barriers that need tickets!

My only gripes were three, some easily fixable: Firstly, the wifi was really slow - but really slow; Secondly, the air con/heating in my room (320) didn't work; thirdly, there are very few electrical outlets in the room - and none whatsoever near the bed. In this day & age, there really should be more. I unplugged the fridge and, due to similar hotel experiences, I have two 4 m cables to charge my phone & iPad! Problem solved. The hotel is aware of these problems now.

Breakfast was good, dinner was very good, spacious room, checkin was smooth, airport transter is at a cost and one has to coordinate after arrival but the airport free shuttle stops very close to the hotel and leave next to Malpensa train station in front of Shereton.

The water pressure in our room 419 was awful and a real dampner. This must be improved. The restaurant should stay over a bit longer as the hotel caters mostly to airport passengers. Any flight arriving post 8.30pm is likely not to go without dinner.

Location. Malpensa is a long way from Milan and the flight was early, so I had to stay there. Rooms are predictable at Holiday Inn. Breakfast is good enough if you have time to eat it. Well done for providing standard Euro powerpoint other than the three-pin Italian one that I found in two other accommodations (& that I didn't have an adaptor for, & that differs again from the Swiss one....)

Price. Sadly all of Malpensa area handy to the airport is expensive. Doubt there's a real reason for this other than they can charge so they do. Small points for the hotel: a power point in the middle of a king bed only is pretty restrictive, especially if you're trying to run a medical device from it; tiny side tables without draw or shelves end up pretty crowded; would be good to have at least one English Channel on TV that wasn't relentless & depressing news channel.
