I had the absolute pleasure of staying at W Amman Hotel for four nights (15–19 April), and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional hospitality and world-class service. The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, attentive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was the concierge helping with restaurant reservations, or room service delivering promptly with a smile, the service throughout the hotel was seamless and personalised. The facilities at W Amman are simply outstanding. The hotel has a stunning, contemporary design with a vibrant atmosphere that immediately sets it apart. The rooftop pool is a highlight — luxurious and peaceful with spectacular views of the city skyline. The spa and fitness centre are modern, clean, and very well-equipped, offering a tranquil space to relax and unwind. Every space within the hotel is thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally soft — one of the best I’ve ever slept in — and the room was filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly indulgent. The bathroom was like a private spa, complete with high-end amenities and a rain shower. The overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was impeccable, with daily housekeeping that was thorough yet discreet. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. The buffet offered an impressive variety of local Jordanian specialities alongside international favourites, all of it fresh and beautifully presented. The quality of the food was superb, and the dining staff were welcoming and efficient. We also had no issues with the complimentary WiFi — it was fast, stable, and accessible throughout the property. Location-wise, W Amman is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Amman’s attractions, shopping centres,

All in all, W Amman offers an exceptional experience that blends luxury with genuine hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was handled with care and precision. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a memorable part of our journey. I would enthusiastically recommend W Amman to anyone visiting the city, and we look forward to returning in the future. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast pricing for guests not on a breakfast-inclusive rate. While the quality and variety were excellent, the price felt a bit steep for those wishing to pay separately. Making breakfast more affordable or offering a lighter, reasonably priced option would enhance accessibility and overall value.

It’s very modern and the location is excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful - they were always able to help with any questions we had. They ever allowed us to check in extra early because our flight landed at 3am! The view from the room was amazing. The bed was super comfy and I felt at home right away. The entrance and lobby were very cool and interesting, especially having to walk through a ‘canyon’ to get to the lobby! The pool and spa were both very good with plenty of space to relax.

The room was slightly too small and there were too many mirrors. The bathroom door is frosted glass, and there are big gaps between the door and walls on both sides and on top. The cleaning wasn’t very thorough. They only cleaned the areas immediately visible but didn’t go behind curtains or furniture where there was a lot of dust and dirt. You need to take 2 separate elevators to get from the entrance to the rooms which is slightly annoying. We booked the hotel for our anniversary, and they offered us a cake to celebrate when we booked. Even though we accepted the very kind offer it was never delivered and I am left wondering what happened to it!

Everything about our stay at W Amman was excellent! From the comfort of the room to the hotel's perfect location and View, we truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. I’d like to especially commend Fortune, the receptionist who checked us in. She played a huge role in making our stay exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our reservation to a suite. Her warmth and attentiveness left a lasting impression. Whenever I think of visiting Amman again, W Amman will undoubtedly be my first choice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The room I booked had amazing views, super comfy bed and AC in the winter (which is a plus!). The staff were very friendly, especially Raghad from front desk, who gave complimentary breakfast when the room was not ready by my arrival. If you need any recs for cool spots you have to ask Omar from the insider team to hook u up with reservations, he did great tbh. Great stay overall, staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, will definitely be coming back! Best part tho was the house music in the elevators 😜

Location might be a bit confusing to ubers

I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my stay at your hotel. Hotel should be in the top of best worldwide hotels list due to amazing and professional Staff whom providing welcoming and memorable atmosphere from the front desk to the housekeeping team, the kitchen crew, and security, each person was friendly. I really would like to thank everyone was part of our remarkable stay; Mr. Suhaib who is amazing, very hospitality, and representation a wonderful image to the hotel, he is the main reason of our special stay. In addition to Ms. Tala, Mr. Mustafa and his manager, Mr. Naseem, Mr. Ahmad AlHejazi and Ahmad AlFouri. But I disappointed during checkout, where front desk lady (I think her name is Ragad) was very unprofessional at all however, Ms. Tala assisted me and did her best to satisfied me. Hotel located in the heart of Abdali boulevard in a very prime location. Access separated and easy. Security team are very attentive and extremely friendly especially Manager and Mr. Mustafa. Interior and decor of room and hotel are great, comfortable and spacious.

I’ve always wanted to stay in this hotel because it matches my personality so much. Check-in was so smooth, I love the staff so much because they went above and beyond when I faced a minor inconvenience. They made sure to make it up to me in multiple ways. It shows in the smallest details how everyone is working so hard to provide an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Dorathy because she was so friendly and professional. Yazan and Elina for their professionalism and smooth check-in. Ahmad for his friendly goodbye that made leaving the hotel slightly harder. Highly recommend this hotel, the vibes and location are 1000/10 ♥️

Nothing at all

I love everything about this hotel! The staff is excellent. I used the laundry service and they did an excellent job on my clothes. Was returned in a short time. The room service is outstanding. The food is delicious and I feel the price matches the quality and service. W is in an excellent location. Many shops and restaurants are nearby including a fairly big mall. It was very hard for me to leave.

I dont really have anything to say. I have traveled to many countries. This hotel for the price is the best.

**My Stay at W Amman Hotel** During my stay at W Amman, I was captivated by the chic and modern design of the hotel. The sleek, contemporary interiors combined with vibrant art pieces created a stylish and lively atmosphere throughout the property. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the city’s skyline. I especially appreciated the personalized touches, such as the luxurious bath amenities and the cozy yet sophisticated room layout. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable, and the rooftop pool area was the perfect spot to unwind with a panoramic view of Amman.

One area that could use improvement is the hookah lounge. It wasn’t set up properly during my visit, and it seemed like there was little attention given to the space. With such an amazing property, the lounge has the potential to be a major draw for guests, but it lacked the inviting ambiance I expected. Additionally, I feel the hotel could benefit from hosting more events during the week to increase attendance and engagement. With the right approach, the lounge could be transformed into a lively and sought-after spot for both guests and locals.
