I loved the kindness of staff. I stayed overnight for a hospital treatment which would reduce my vision and make me unable to drive. They allowed me to check in very early, before my hospital visit, and put me into the room which had the most light - in this case the deluxe room. The location in the Charlottetown CBD is very convenient.

The Quality Inn showed up in my Booking.com search as a hotel with a restaurant - but while I was there the restaurant closed after lunch. I thought this should have been flagged on their website. I particularly needed an in-house restaurant because of my reduced vision.

Location was great for easy access to Downtown Charlottetown. Having a restaurant on-site was a bonus (food was quite good). Room was spacious and quiet. I appreciate that there is laundry access on the property. Front desk staff were great.

Front entrance is not accessible, which makes it interesting when you want to use a luggage cart or anything else with wheels. There is a ground level entrance elsewhere but they didn't mention it when checking in.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was accommodating and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay, everything I needed was provided.

The only way it could have been better is if it was free. lol

This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. There were numerous restaurants around us. We enjoyed the free breakfast which was fresh and delivered to our table with a smile each day. The staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was perfect; tasted great. We were pleased with the service and the wait staff - front desk staff; everyone was very pleasant and cordial.

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant; nothing to worry about or even mention. It was a bit noisy but the party ended soon after we went to our room.

Loved the location - convenient to restaurants, Confederation Centre of the Arts, etc. - we could walk everywhere. Free parking and complimentary fresh, hot breakfast (not a buffet) were great! Staff were exceptional.

Seemed a bit pricy ($309 per night) for a facility with no pool, fitness centre, etc. and basic rooms.

Breakfast was great. Had supper at the restaurant and it was great. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was great and they even had decaf. Love that we could take our dogs.

There were several younger teengage boys who had nerf guns in the lobby and they were very loud all night. At 4 am, we could still hear them running down the halls and talking. Not the hotels faulty but they were VERY loud.

I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant that I knew had good food so I wouldn’t have to go out to eat but both nights I stayed the restaurant was closed at supper time
