Smart, modern hotel situated within a shopping centre next to Utrecht Centraal. Room was clean, fresh and comfortable with a nice bathroom, good toiletries and decent shower. Excellent range of options at breakfast, both hot and cold items. Staff always friendly and helpful. Really liked to the option to plant a tree instead of having your room cleaned every day!

Some of items at breakfast were not to my taste (streaky bacon, pureed fruit spreads) but it was fine otherwise. I misplaced my watch one morning and looked under the bed to check - it was incredibly dusty underneath and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while! This could be a problem for people with dust allergies.

Ecellent and central location very close to the train station. Also very close to the old city. Quiet hotel although in the city centre. Friendly staff, answered our online questions almost immediately. Small empty fridge in the room, which we found more convenient than a minibar. Also coffee and tea making facility. The hotel is part of the biggest shopping mall in Utrecht which is very convenient; for example, there are various breakfast alternatives just outside the hotel door, inside the shopping mall. We would say, more 5 star than 4 star, when compared to other 5 star hotels. All-in-all, very good value for money.

Excellent location in the center of things and next to a train station that went everywhere! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were first rate - friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. Best staff I've ever experienced at a hotel.

The instructions on finding the hotel from the train station could have been clearer. For instance, I didn't know that the hotel was actually on the 2nd floor of a shopping center, and was not a stand-alone building! Locals who I asked for directions to the hotel hadn't heard of it.

The rooms were spacious and the shower was lovely. Loved the breakfast each morning. The staff at breakfast were welcoming and the food great. We ate in the restaurant at night 3 times and the food was delicious..The location is fantastic. So easy to catch trains or walk around .

The house keeping could be a bit more consistent in what they do. The floor never got cleaned in our 10 night stay. We had 2 single beds and twice they pushed them back together. The pillows were very hard. The staff in the restaurant could be a bit slow to help.

A good, varied range of breakfast options. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal on the first night of our stay. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location was central and easy to access from Utrecht Centraal rail station.

Only minor issue was the lack of drinks and refreshments in the room. There was a coffee machine, but few alternatives, limited to herbal teas and a couple of flasks of water. It would have been nice to have some water or other refreshments in the fridge, which was empty.

We had a premium King room. The room was very spacious and quiet. The bathroom was good and the walk-in shower superb. The seating area was good and the TV had a wide range of channels including UK ones. The bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially those serving breakfast - the breakfast selection was wide and good. The hotel is on the edge of the old town and all locations in it are within easy walking distance.

Nothing really - we would stay here again. We traveled by car and pre-booked a space in P5 parking thus getting a 25% discount. Finding the hotel from the car park was not entirely straightforward. P5 has one entrance which is at the -3 level. It is then best to drive up to the top level at -1 and take the lift/escalator to level 0 - the hotel entrance is then directly opposite across the food court.

We had quite a spacious room that was very quiet. Cleaners were certainly okay. It could have been a little bit more cosy, like for example 3 picture frames above the bed, could have been more, as it would have added to the atmosphere. Also the sitting couch looked a bit "toy-ish" for the size of the room. Perhaps a carpet would add to the overall style. Overall layout and atmosphere was certainly okay, though. The bed was comfortable, unlike what I read from some people giving comments on that aspect. Bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. Of course, if you value a more rustic environment, then this is not your choice, but if you prefer a modern looking style, sleekly decorated, you'r good! Then, breakfast: no need to go outside to visit the mall, because there is plenty of choice and refills were good.

There could have been a few more decorations on the walls, and the sitting couch was too small in comparison with the size of the room. Just small details, though for a 4 star hotel you are allowed to be critical on things like that.

The room was not big, but well thought out - there is a place for clothes, the possibility of making coffee and tea. The bathroom was very comfortable, the shower faucet was very convenient to use. The location is ideal - the train station is next to it, as well as the old town, the canals are very close. The view from breakfast was very awesome and I sat in one place every morning watching the movement on the street.

There was a small mess with the cleaning and I had to ask the admin for help. But afterwards it was checked whether everything was alright. In addition, the cleaner seemed to be a novice employee and changed the towels even when they were just hanging and not placed on the floor.

Excellent location so that you could get to the tourist attractions easily and quickly. The bed was comfortable, water bottles were left on the table for us, the mini fridge was very useful, everything for a good stay were available. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and was really delicious. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The coffee machine had small cups, which I know is how it is in Europe, however, they were a bit small for tea drinkers like us, as there were tea bags in the box, but nothing that made our stay less enjoyable.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from Utrecht Centraal and the old city centre. The room was spacious enough for two people and had all the needed facilities. Comfy beds. Coffee machine and tea + Earth water provided. Cool interior design. The staff at reception was friendly and professional, even in the middle of the night. At just below 60€ pp per night this was one of the best hotel stays either of us has ever had, and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Utrecht.

The only thing I would suggest to change is the "24" label next to dishes in the menu. We came to the hotel around 11:30 and wanted to order room service since nothing else was open, however we were told the dishes we wished to order were out. Which, can happen for sure, but then just don't write it down as "available around the clock" to begin with. As well, I would say that the 5€ fee for room service is redundant, why are you charging us extra for making use of the service you as a hotel are providing? (It's the concept, not the amount of €€.)
