Every year, I travel to Vienna for an international scientific conference, and for many years now I’ve always stayed at Alma Boutique Hotel. I’ve never considered changing because it has never disappointed me. They treat me like family and are always incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent and complete. As far as I’m concerned, I will never stay anywhere else in Vienna.

What I love the most is the peaceful atmosphere: the hotel has only a few rooms, it's quiet, and there’s a real attention to the guests’ needs. It’s a place that truly allows me to recharge — I can work, rest, and feel well. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent and complete.

Breakfast could be improved ( a couple of options more both on the sweet and savory side won’t harm). Bathroom could be hugely improved in terms of toilet ventilation (very poor), sink area lighting (shaving requires a good light…) and shower privacy (if you don’t pay attention, people from the building opposite the hotel can see you) An usb charging station / socket would bring the hotel to 2025

Big, comfortable, and clean room. There was a mini fridge. Breakfasts had plenty of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For instance, when I asked for decaf coffee at breakfast, they were happy to accommodate. the people at the desk provided helpful information about transit and restaurants. A nice little rooftop terrace was lovely views, including the spire of the main cathedral.

The TV did not have English speaking channels. I was told that they were working on that.

Nice and clean rooms, Very nice Staff, Basic breakfast, but totally enough and delicious, Location is really fine and pretty close to everything.

For the "View" lovers" - there no "City view", as it mentioned in the hotel details, only "Inner courtyard view"/ in-front of the building. The TV only with one English speaking channel, the rest -German language only. No kettle, coffee/tea in the room.

Friendly staff, nice amenities in the room (shaving kit, toothbrush kit and shower cap. Great location and easy 10-15min walk from the Wien-Mitte airport train station.

Breakfast was nice, but heated foods were not as hot as expected. But a nice spread. Doors to rooms are a bit thin, so when other guests are in the hallway, you hear everything (and room doors shut a bit heavily)

It’s nearer to the town centre and places to visits

The Lady staff in the kitchen/Dining area was so rude and racist. I was asking something and she ignore me and didn’t answer. She greets local people Good morning but she never said Good Morning to Foreigners like us. I have put a complain to manager about this

Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast with small but adequate selection of good food. Excellent location off a side street and close to restaurants, cafés, and multiple transport options at Schwedenplatz.

The decor was somewhat dated but not at all shabby. The facilities can't be expected to match more expensive hotels with this location. I don't think you can get more for the price.

Place good, room in silent area, close tocity center. The staff is very useful. Thx for arranging parking for moto! Brakefast very good.

It was hard to manage the higher temperature in the room, It was too cold. The room needs some instruction for the AC. Was not possible, imo, to switch off AC, finally manage to mode fan only, but effect was still far away from what we expected. Maybe we had broken AC (r.54). The breakfast service lady should smile more, today was completely unhappy, would be also better if she during kitchen cleaning close the doors to the working area (sound and smell destroying good overall feeling)
