Everything was perfect.

Lovely large room with pleasant views and outlook. Very clean Well appointed and many extras/ essentials provided that many hotels no longer provide eg face washers ,tissues, bottled water ,biscuits, Nespresso machine, slippers gowns, umbrella etc Ideal if you are travelling around by train. Literally five minutes from the platform with screens in the lifts with departure updates. Pleasant park across the road with a traditional beer garden serving hearty Austrian food. Hop on hop off bus stop across the road also. Metro station 5 minutes away.

No coffee shop for standard food offer. Had to go to the Novotel across the road for this. Unfriendly reception at roof top bar when we thought we would go for a drink. Surely hotel guests shouldn’t need a booking to have a drink. Bedding is too hot. Needs lighter options.

The hotel is fabulous, extremely clean, modern & well located in a quiet location. It is very close to the main train station & with an excellent short trip by tram that runs from near the hotel you are in the historic centre. Free tea, coffee, cookies & bottled water available in the lobby all day. Glass bottles which are so much better than plastic Great public spaces in the lobby for relaxing or working & a rooftop bar with super views on the 16th floor. Food is excellent with intolerances taken seriously & superb dishes prepared to cater for them. Staff are exceptional. They genuinely want guests to have a wonderful stay. If we are in Vienna again we would definitely stay here again.

A huge amount of deposit even without warning. They charged me during the check-in with the amount €660. I signed it. But, during the first night they charged me another €150 without warning. In the morning they said that it happend accidently by running out system. But, during the second night they took another €150, so I asked another explanation and suddenly it was a deposit. Without telling me and signing! In total 960€ for 2 nights!

Very nice hotel. Lovely rooftop bar where we had a drink before dinner every night. Very big TV in the bedroom and the shower 'area' had heating floors. good shower pressure No door to the shower 'area' which as a little odd, but you couldn't see into the shower bit from the room Bed was comfortable. We didn't eat in the main restaurant but had all breakfasts and one lunch in the cycle café as it was the same food but better value for money. All meals were quite expensive, but very good. The tram into the city center was very convenient Staff were wonderful. So helpful and they even put a cake in my room for my 50th Birthday without being told / asked about it.

Sliding door on the toilet 'area' was a bit difficult to open. I would prefer normal doors / doors on the bathroom areas

The hotel was situated in a really good location; 5 minutes walking from a tram stop and 10 minutes walking from the Belvedere. Breakfast was amazing, abundant, and they offered many options of food, fruits and so on. The staff were kind and helpful.

One downside was the room cleaning service. My husband came back to the room one afternoon at around 15:00 and the room was not clean yet. The staff came after some minutes that he was there, but just changed the towels and did not add the basic amenities, did not clean the bathroom. For a 5 stars hotel, I was expecting a better cleaning service.

We arrived at around 2130. There was no one to help with the luggage, we had to carry it ourselves :( but upon checkout we got all the help we needed :) We lost 2 bowls and 2 spoons we brought from home to our kids that look totally different than the hotel's. They were probably taken by mistake by house keeping. We asked about them but never got them back :(.

The whole hotel is very modern and hip. I loved the size of my room and its decor. As an English speaker I really appreciate diversity in Television brogramming (it’s not just CNN and Bloomberg that was available) and the ability to switch audio on some English programs to English (from German). Staff was very helpful with information. I ended up missing my train after checkout and had to return to the hotel in the middle of the night to spend five hours in the lobby (station was closed and I had nowhere to go). Staff was very nice and let me stay in the lobby.

I had to rely a bit more on taxi to get to the center but I sort of expected it

The hotel itself, modern and spacious with great rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. Also the location is ideal as you can easily walk to the Belvedere Palace or even to the city centre, get on public transport, or use the car and be in the city centre in less than 10 minutes.

It’s a pity that the hotel couldn’t provide us with a rollaway bed as our child is almost 7 and definitely we could all have slept better with a different arrangement. Also bed pillows are very very low/soft, it’s better to ask for a replacement right away.

- I liked the view from the 15th floor where I had the room; - I really liked the breakfast and the fact that it was very diversified; - The parking lot is in the hotel building. Private, covered, with video surveillance. There is a dedicated area (with a barrier) for hotel guests only; - The area where the hotel is located, is quite quiet, we had no problems with noise/traffic congestion; - Towels easily changed daily if you leave them on the floor; - Hygiene, hair and body products in the bathroom; - I liked the walk in shower; - Extremely comfortable bed, mattress, pillows and duvets. Quality sleep is guaranteed; - Air conditioning in the room, which you can control at will. The windows are also fitted with exterior roller blinds to provide shade and privacy; - The fitness and SPA room is sufficiently equipped. Showers, Finnish sauna with views, showers with hygiene products, state of the art fitness equipment;

- Be careful, the room has a huge floor-to-ceiling window, neighbors from the other block can see you! This inconvenience can be solved by operating the outside rollers with a push-button next to the control panel for air conditioning; - I recommend paying directly at the hotel reception, not through Booking or other platforms. I had my payments doubled for a reason I am not yet aware of, but the staff were understanding and I hope to resolve the situation; - The bathroom has no door, it's a large slab on wheels/tracks, which either provides privacy for the toilet or sink/shower area;
