The single room was cozy, equipped with kettle, drinking glass and a small cup for coffee, small fridge, TV, and a dryer. I asked for an iron at reception in the morning and they kindly provided for free in the room, together with an iron board for my service. The personnel was helpful, the room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable.

There was no view from the window, only to the next building, but I knew this before booking from other reviews.

Convenient location near by the metro and easy access to most attractions at the centre. Very pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Guy who was wonderful. Hotel room clean and comfortable, had everything required for a pleasant stay.

Getting there at night by train from the airport on the first day was somewhat confusing but still possible and definitely the cheapest and quickest to reach the hotel. And the elevator broke down one afternoon so I had to climb up 8 floors... Yet it was fixed within a couple of hours and all was well till the end of my stay.

Great location, close to the Messe conference hall (about 10-15 min walk). Nice bed and good shower. The air conditioning was broken but i got to change rooms and go to a room where it worked very well. That room was also very quiet but at the expense of the view.

A private taxi provided by the hotel picked me up at the airport but I had to wait for a very long time, even though he had the flight number and the landing time. He could only be paid in cash, which was a bit unexpected but luckily I had enough on me. When I checked out I had to store my bag in the luggage storage at the hotel. Had then talked about coming back and being able to freshen up a bit before the flight home. However, there are no toilets or changing facilities in the hotels, unless you have a room so that was a bit disappointing.

Good location, friendly lady at the reception. Overall the hotel offers everything that you will need, but it doesn’t shine with anything in particular. The room was clean and adequate. We asked for late checkout and the people at the reception helped us.

Several times people entered our room, it was very weird. I don’t know if they were staff or not, because they left the room whenever they saw that someone was in it. The house keeping staff started to do their rounds at 8 30 in the morning, which in my opinion is very early. In addition they were very noisy. The breakfast can be improved.

Room was nice and spacious, with a cute balcony looking at the busy Prater amusement park. We could see one of the attractions from the window! The area is still pretty quiet. Location is a bit off from the city center but still a pleasant 30min walk if your feet are up for it. 10min walk to vibrant Prater station where you can find a supermarket open until 10pm and catch a train to anywhere. Breakfast was a bit basic, but it had strudel, staff was very helpful and kind. Room had most of desired amenities - kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, fridge etc :)

Bed was a bit soft but I got used to it, and some toiletries are left to be desired (cotton swabs, shower cap), but that's it!

Everything during our stay was good: the room was clean, and the staff was welcoming; we particularly liked the breakfast. We travelled with my 6-year-old child, and the hotel is family-friendly. The staff left a treat for our child in the bedroom on Christmas day, and I think it was really thoughtful to do this. The hotel is close to Wien Prater Park and Prater metro station, it was easy to move around. I recommend the stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good location near metro station, easy access to VIC and near Praterstern, which provides good connection to airport. With metro fast connection to city center. Good price for this room. Room was quiet and clean. Small room, but it had kettle, fridge and small selection of coffee and tea, which was very nice.

No view from window. Shower cabin in room and small window in WC was little bit strange, but at least it was room for one.

It was very clean and renovated. The location is 5 minutes away from the metro and has many restaurants and shops around it. It is also close to the technical area/conferences center and to the amusement park (Prater) too. If I’m back to Vienna I’d love to be back to the same hotel

The hot beverages at the room were low quality but It is not a big deal

The room is nice and clean, it has necessary faciliites to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is located in a residential area and thus it's very quiet and pieceful, about 10 min walking distance to the metro/REX. My choice was driven by location and I may stay here again if I need this very city area.

The bed matress is veeery soft. My room was facing an internal light well. It's not obvious when you book a room and I might have selected a different room option.

The location was perfect for me as i came to Vienna for the sport competition nearby. The staff very friendly and nice, everything clean and of nice quality. Loved the breakfasts: everything needed for the healthy start of the day. The room is not too large, but equipped with everything that might be needed during the stay.

View from the window (quite dark yard), and there could be more lights in the mirror area.
