The hotel was great! Close to the train stops. Walking distance to the Vienna Centre where we were attending a conference. The room was clean, larger than expected, and easy to settle in. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and worth the small cost. The bar and restaurant were nice, good food, great staff. We enjoyed our time here while working at a conference for a week.

The only issue we had was the room was warm. Even turning the thermostat down as far as possible and opening the windows as much as possible didn't help to keep the room cooler. It got quite stuffy at night.

The hotel is really classy, the receptionist was very nice. It's located 5 minutes away from the Underground U1 station. The hotel is located in the city, a beautiful place to lodge in. Oh, there was a mini tea/coffee table in the room and an electric kettle to boil water. The rooms and sheets are clean .

The extra single bed was not comfortable at all. Next time, I would book a wooden bed for my child and pay for it. The extra bed was free, but very noisy and very uncomfortable. We only stayed for a night. The fact that there was no place to park in the hotel was an issue, too.

I stayed at NH Danube City with my family. We booked two standard rooms initially, but they upgraded us to a superior room with great city views and a coffee maker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding breakfast, but the manager resolved the issue immediately, and we were all happy. The airport line bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. While there aren’t many good restaurants nearby, if you take the metro to the next station, you’ll find a large food mall with excellent restaurants. Overall, it was a great trip, and the public transport in Vienna is first class.

Services: The bar staff provided great service! The ladies at the reception were always very helpful and had a great smile. There is also a convenient little kiosk by the reception in case you forgot something. Location: It is very close to a train station that will take you to town, and there is a park behind the park that is very big and a lovely place to go for a walk. Although it is not close to the city centre, there is a Westfield mall which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, in case you forgot something. Our room also had a nice view of the mountains. Amenities: Great coffee machine in the room, a bath tub.

The location was very close to the Austrian congress center, and for this reason it was very convenient for me. Not too far from the center as well, using the metro. The breakfast was as I could expect from an hotel of this standard, rich and various enough. The personnel at the receptions, as well as at the breakfast room was super nice, helpful and friendly.

The business stations at the ground floor (with tables to work and printer) were not very comfortable to sit for more than one hour.

I was happy to note that the staff is still quite efficient and friendly and have maintained their standards.The hotel was generally clean and well maintained as usual. The breakfast was, again,in keeping with the old standard of the hotel with an excellent variety of food.However,the 'live station',an attractive item,operated for only the first two days of my visit with no reason being given for it being discontinued.

I would like my remarks to be only for the information of the hotel staff and management and not for publication.There was no staff/bellboys surprisingly, resulting in elderly people carrying their heavy luggage with difficulty to their respective rooms. The internet speed was slow around 7 or 8 Mb.I was told that for faster internet payment would have to be made.In the hotel on the other side of the road the speed for the normal internet was around 50 Mb. Items like slippers and other such items were only on demand which I found to be strange giving the impression of a financial crunch.

While the hotel boasts excellent amenities such as a good breakfast, attentive staff, and a nice view, its proximity to the train station—a 15-minute walk—may be considered a drawback. Additionally, while the standard room options are acceptable, there is room for improvement. However, guests can still enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and unwind at the inviting bar with a great selection of drinks.

Unfortunately, the room cleaning fell short of expectations; towels were not changed, and there was no minibar available. Additionally, the pillows provided were uncomfortably light, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay.

The rooms are comfortable, mattresses and pillows are a good combo in terms of softness/hardness. Everything necessary is there, and it's very clean and maintained. The rooms are quiet, and you can sleep at night without the noise. The windows can also be opened upwards if needed. Had to switch the room because the AC didn't work, but it was very efficiently handled. The location is excellent because you have a direct bus to the airport that runs throughout the day, and it's easier to reach if coming by taxi. It's between two metro stations of the same line so you can go either way to reach the city center. Recommend also getting the Vienna's public transport app instead of the ticket as it can also guide you. Special thanks to the hotel that surprised me with a complimentary plate of prosciutto with melons, I'm guessing because it was my birthday that day. It made my day and my trip more enjoyable.

I seem to remember the breakfast buffet was more varied the last time. To make the bath with bubbles, it was tricky to get the soap to flow under the faucet.

Room was nice and clean. Furniture was in the good condition, free save services was nice bonus. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good with number of varied dishes.

The hotel’s greatest asset is its friendly and supportive staff. I would particularly like to highlight the receptionist manager, who is exceptionally friendly and handles all issues with a positive attitude.

Great location, close to metro station, but plenty of cycling or running opportunities along the river. Bed was very comfortable. Had to stay on for two nights and the staff allowed me to keep the same room.

Last niight of my stay and I came back to find toilet bowl brown and the water from the tap coming out brown. Also, a sheet of immodium had been moved by the cleaner from a table in the room into the bathroom. The staff explained the brown water was due to repair works during the day and that they would look into the cleaner. Apart from that everything was great, although there was no iron in the room.
