I have a comment about the behavior of two guests. We do not have to suffer the cynical and hostile looks of a person in a burqua and her companion/housband, upon our arrival at the pool in a bathrobe! Hotel owners should think about this, because we know that it is not far from views to hostile actions these days. Too bad, that this hotel won't see us as long as it has such rude guests!

We were quite satisfied with the comprehensive spread of buffet breakfast, many choices of hot & cold drink, and the lady staff on duty was very friendly & helpful.

The sensor to open the gate to basement car park is positioned at the upper end of the slope leading to the car park instead of near the gate. We arrived late 9pm on a rainy day. We missed the sensor and had a challenging time to reverse the car up the slope to activate the sensor of the gate. It is helpful to install a LED sign for the sensor or clear instructions be given to the hotel guest who need to park in the basement.

The location of the hotel was fantastic really close to local shops, bars etc. The pool was the perfect temperature for the time of year and service throughout our stay was fantastic whether it be reception, breakfast or bar services.

The temperature of our room was too hot during our stay, there were dials to control it but they didn't seem to make a difference to the temperature despite which setting we used unfortunately! We looked around and couldn't see any air conditioning facilities, maybe a fan in the room would have been a good solution for this.

Room was really good, the view was fantastic. Staff were very helpful especially David who went out of his way to help us plan our day trip. Bonus stuff in the room was the HDMI plug in the wall straight to the TV and the bidet in the bathroom.

Thin walls and ceilings, there is a lot of noise inside the room. Especially during dinnertime in the hotel, you can hear a lot of chair noises. I believe you have chosen really heavy chairs with metal base that make a lot of noise when dragged, the room really lacked in sound suppression, even the adjacent room could hear a lot of sound coming from it without them being too loud. Also there is only one elevator.

Very good location, just a short walk from the gondola. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. Excellent spa facilities with heated outdoor swimming pool . The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The location is great, and the amenities are excellent. One small suggestion would be to add a heated towel rail in the rooms to help dry swimwear—this would make things even more convenient for guests using the swimming pool in the winter.

Whilst accommodation out of town and in more commercial area, still fairly quiet and access to aspects required was easy. Breakfast had decent enough range. Having additional facility of a kitchen was great, although a microwave would have been a good addition.

Underground parking could be a challenge with a larger vehicle, such as an 8 person bus. However, we still managed to park there as the end space was generally available - but, if it is the only space, it would be difficult to park the vehicle - check before you drive down. They do have an offsite car park available though to deal with this. There seems to have been little thought on sound between rooms - sound carried between attaching rooms behind the tv in the bedroom, although it only caused us an issue briefly.

It was very clean, well looked after and I liked the space of the rooms.

there wasn’t anything I particularly disliked, however, I was the organiser/booking owner of this trip, and the group got to the reception before me and were upgraded to the penthouse suite. After numerous emails about changing the rooms/beds and not getting anywhere with it, when I stated that someone had a bad back. This was quite disappointing when the group that initially arrived were not the owner of the booking.

Fantastic buffet breakfast - filled us up very well for ski-ing, there were also very good facilities, with a lovely spa area and wonderful outdoor pool which we made use of. Location is also v close to the Areit lift - less than 10 minute walk. We had a fantastic room, very spacious with an excellent view, large balcony, well equipped kitchen and daily cleaning available

The bed was too soft, as mentioned elsewhere. This meant I was not able to get a solid night of sleep.

The room was perfect for our needs, the staff was very helpful, the spa and the heated outside pool were amazing. Everything was new and very clean. We can't reccomend it more. The breakfast was delicious.

The restaurant opens at 17:30 in the afternoon, the food was average, edible but nothing to write home about. I would say not worth for the price.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very good food service, dinner exceeded our expectations. The weather was poor, but luckily there was summer card included in the hotel price, so we had a wonderful time, we even see more than we planned.

The bed was too soft for my taste. It was a little bit too noisy at the dinner time and in the spa area because the were a lot of families with young children.
