Family friendly! First family holiday with my two young children and husband. My mum had visited marina club on three previous occasions and sold going here to us. Apartments spacious, spotless and cleaned daily. Pool and outside areas cleaned daily.We chose 1 bedroom apartment with the marina and pool view and this didn’t disappoint. Good size balcony with a beauitful view lovely drying area included. Staff incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Ideal location.5/10 walk to local supermarket that we visited daily. Short walk into the town. Very central. Plenty of lovely restaurants bars and coffee shops.So lovely to see other young families at the Marina. Lovely atmosphere. Richardo in the bar is an absolute gent fantastic at his job. For our first family holiday we weren’t disappointed. See you next year.

Nothing I didn’t like but it would be handy for iron and iron board in the rooms please.

The property is very well located. Walking distance to the old town and a nearby supermarket. The pool is well kept and maintained. The apartment was spacious enough for 3 people and the two bathrooms were a god send. The staff were very helpful. It was my son’s 16th birthday and they surprised him with a cake. A special mention must be made of Marisa who gives an amazing massage which the three of us enjoyed.

The TV is poorly positioned in the bar especially when there’s a big crowd in to watch anything. The bar staff can be rude but not everything can be perfect.

I loved the location of this property. It was quiet yet close to the beach and town.

I didn’t like how easily accessible the property was from the marina area. You could just walk in through a sliding door from the marina. Anyone could therefore use the pool area. I’d like to see a little more security, wristbands or swipe cards to gain access.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The suite was very spacious and absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal, which was a big plus. The location was perfect—just a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city center and plenty of restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed every moment!

The only downside was the breakfast. There weren’t many options, and the eggs were cold and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. But it wasn’t a big deal for us—we just had breakfast elsewhere after the first morning.

Great resort experience - great pool, bar, restaurant and spa services. Room was quite luxurious, ver spacious and modern - loved the balcony facing the pool area. Short walk to a marina strip with lots of restaurants, about a mile walk to the street life in town.

Pool water needs to be heated for the whole resort experience to be similar to other resorts around the world. Seriously, its not just me - almost everybody else just cringed getting into the pool, with very few willing to endure the cold water for very long. It may be a small thing, but it meant a lot to me.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Apartments also very clean, and staff super friendly. Bed very comfortable too! Would stay here again :)

The pool area had lots of broken floor slabs etc which was not great and there was quite alot of ants at the pool area, so much so that I had to move 3 times till I could find an area where there weren't any. This area should be maintained better in line with rest of hotel. I could see on my last day there were men in laying down new tiles where there had been a hole in one area, so perhaps they are in process of doing this. Would be nice if some complimentary coffee was left in room also, as only complimentary tea left. They do have a note saying you can purchase coffee pods from them, but one or two would be nice as complimentary rather then just tea (*as tea & coffee is something normally left out for the room in nearly every hotel you stay in as standard ).

I have stayed here on many occasions over the past 20 years and always found it to be the cleanest and safest hotel to stay at. Very friendly staff. very helpful also. The pool area is lovely and lots of seating and sun loungers. The pool is always clean and the staff here take great pride in it. The bar food is also nice if you don't want to leave the hotel for lunch or snacks. The beds are comfortable and each apartment is well equipped with kitchen appliances. Great location right on the Marina with stunning views. Situated next door to lots of bars and restaurants. a short walk over the bridge to the town. its also a great location for booking boat rides. A few minutes walk to the beach. 5 mins walk to the big super market.

Always had no problems when I have stayed here. This time round we had a slight problem with an ants nest. Our room was ground floor. We had done a grocery shop and bought many baked goods which stayed in their packaging but on the morning after when we woke up, we found a swarm of ants all over them and inside them. Totally freaked us out. But the staff helped get rid of the nest. We had just a couple of ants for the duration of our stay so it did mean we didn't do any more grocery shopping unfortunately as there was no storage for food where the ants wouldn't of gotten to.

This little one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of 4 (3 adults and a teen who are all family). The two couches in the living room converted to excellent beds (they were not pull-out sofas that can be uncomfortable) There is a well-appointed grocery store within walking distance to get provisions so we could make a nice breakfast and the little kitchen had all that we needed. Everything was clean and the decor was minimalist and functional. It was winter so we can't comment on the pool (outdoor, not heated) and we didn't want to pay to use the indoor pool. Laundry machines within the resort complex. The resort is located about a 20 min walk from the main town; fine for us but if you need to be right in the middle of everything select a different property. Friendly staff, parking on site included.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like!

I stayed in a one bedroom pool view for my family of four. The view is fantastic as I can look over to the Marina at the balcony. The space is more than enough for 4ppl with 2 sofa bed in the living room. We used the kitchen for simple breakfast and reheat leftover. The location is very convenient. Very close to the old town with lots of restaurants and shops for souvenirs. It is also walkable distance to the train station to lisbon. Staffs are very friendly, and shared lots of information for areas to visits. There is a shared laundry on the property which is very helpful. It is also close to a lot of boat tour company as it is a Marina. The resort is nice and quiet. Beds are comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and had very good sleep

I don't why we have ro pay to use the swimming pool, therefore I did not use it. The air conditioning in the living room is not that strong. It is good for us in April. Not sure if it is good during the summer time.

Room was very clean and spacious. Bedding was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking out over the pool and marina. The location was great.... easy to get to restaurants and Old Town. Car park under the building was secure and appreciated.

The grounds around the pool area can use some improvement. We watched the staff sweep every day but the bricks can stand a good power washing and weeds/grass between the bricks removed. Also, gardens along sides and around the trees need attention. Weeds and dirt are not attractive. Also, replace terra cotta pots with something more colorful! Sea gull poop on chairs and bricks need to be cleaned up also.
